The problem is that I was literally 2smart and genuinely wanted to kill the people around me or myself 24/7 because of the moronic shit they would constantly say, when I was thin. But that wouldn't accomplish anything so when my family died I ate myself into a stupor because I was in a compromised frame of mind and sure, mass murder may have been morally justified and even moral with how evil and dishonest the average person currently is, but it doesn't actually accomplish anything.

The problem is the more weight I'm losing and the less sleepy I am, the more my hatred is returning. A lack of intelligence never halted me, it's that nothing is worth doing in a culture that rewards dishonesty, manipulation, bullshitting, acting inhuman. Yeah I could worm my way in even now and act like the usual performative commie moron and do well because I'm abnormally smart for them, but I'd rather kms.

I lost a frick ton of weight last year and it does indeed make a gigantic difference in cognitive performance. What helped even more though is putting on muscle and training yourself. I bulked up by quite a lot by lifting, putting on a lot of fat and also a lot of muscle at the same time. Even though I gained a lot of the fat back, I feel even better than when I was a beanpole. Next goal is to put on another 30 lbs of muscle and then cut the fat off so I can have the best of both worlds

athletes arent known for their healthy and sustainable diets. they usually eat whatever crap gives energy now rather than something that sustains consistent growth or sustainability over time. many also take drugs and roids so nutritious food doesnt even need to be a part of the diet since they are already getting the outcomes of a nutritious diet without actually having one. please dont listen to the sub80IQ athletes that almost always burn out before or during their 30s who know little on how the human body works. it is always good to be skeptical and learn for yourself than to mindlessly believe in what bigpharma and some assbeat on youtube told you

We had a thread a few days ago about authors who got abnormally skinny for movie roles, and multiple people described gaining immense focus and mental clarity. Most men find 17 bmi most attractive. Me and my 2 brothers were around there in high school and none of us were mentally anorexic. That's just what we weighed. None of course were keeping track of what we ate. That's just what our natural appetite was.

There actually is a way to fix it which is great and ive done it. Combination of Ketamine and TMS

You want to go to a real ketamine dr, mine used to be head of depression at UCLA. Ketamine's side effect is that it grows new neural pathways. It essentially rejuvinates the brain.

Next i did TMS. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. This strengthens the pathways and makes them work properly.

Stress burns calories yes, but different regions of the brain have different energy requirements and significantly different frequencies of activation given certain tasks and types of training.

Therefore the caloric consumption of the brain is highly variable. The brain uses the most calories out of anything in your body.

Why do they have so many tattoos? What was going through her mind when she picked the design or when it was getting tatted? Did she think it made her special or that she is now different/unique? If israelites weren’t behind everything life would be good.

If humans were immortal, given enough time, every single person on earth would become overweight at least once. Becoming fat is a normal aspect of life.

The only difference between you and a fat person is a year or two of lifestyle changes. You're exactly the same as the "slobs" you look down on.

All skinny people are fat people who just can't afford food. Fatness has become widespread in western society due to increased food access, which is finally allowing people to fulfil their real bodily needs.

If there was a pill which stopped you gaining weight, you WOULD sit around the house drinking and eating chips all day. You want to.

Fat is a normal part of the human body. Losing weight is equivalent to cutting off an organ. It's unhealthy to lose mass.

I must be getting moronic then because as a skinnyfat I feel like I'm getting fatter. I had the skinnyfat bod before and I still do except everything is larger. I don't know when to cut because I'm moronic and I'm afraid to lose muscle and be right back to my original skinnyfat body again.
