If I was there in real life to explain everything and ensure that you do everything properly it would be very easy for you and it would get even easier over time. No one in your life cared enough to help you, not even your parents. For a problem so severe you would think a parent would do some research to figure out a solution, but it never happened because your parents are either NPCs or evil. That's how it was for me and I reached 200kg with many diseases on top. I miraculously mustered the will to research nutrition and health in general at 25 despite my horrible mental state. At 26 I feel better than I ever have before, in every way. I am of course a lot less fat too after reducing my waist by a fifth. My 2 online friends who are blackpilled schizophrenic fat fucks have improved their lives a lot from applying the knowledge I passed onto them. I feel bad for anyone who doesn't have a person like me in their life to help them, because most people in this situation just keep getting worse forever. They're biochemically sabotaged to the point where they almost can't help themselves
