Better than being fat. Chasing perfection will lead you to a very disappointing life. It's quite literally a juvenile worldview.

Fpbp. Not about being the best looking just about being better. Besides, the surgery to get that shit fixed is not that expensive. You can even get on a payment plan.

actions (and negligence) have consequences. the loose skin (or the surgical scars) is a badge that they must wear. whether they take pride in that badge or wear it in shame depends on them, that's not my problem.

    >5'11, king of the manlets
    >blessed with broad shoulders and back, ngl
    >was 300 pds at my heaviest
    >today weight 220 pds, zero loose skin
OP's pic is what happens when someone falls for the starvation and cardio meme. Here's my """secret."""
    >2500 calories a day
    >220 grams of protein a day, basically live off lean meat, beans, rice, and green vegetables; Hispanices, butter, and non-sneed oils are great for keeping the palette satisfied
    >Daily scoop of whey protein in 2 cups of whole milk either after lifting or before bed on non-lifting days (I use Ghost brand)
    >Gallon of water a day
    >Resistance training three days a week
    >30 minutes on the elliptical or rower after last lifthing session of the week
    >8 hours sleep a night
    >Only supplements are krill oil, Ashwagandha, and a men's multivitamin
Lost like five pounds my first week, three to four pounds a week for the next month and a half or so, then normalized to about a pound and a half a week after that. Just stayed consistent, and about a year later I was down to 205, have since gained 15 pounds lean mass.

Now, granted, I didn't destroy my skin with smoking, sun damage, or what have you, but the body can adjust and recover from a LOT if you make it a gradual process.

Did you find once you had gained muscle from the resistance training once you lost all the weight? Curious how recomp works at that sort of deficit

I cried the first time I hit 95kg because of all the loose skin. It all felt like it was for nothing. You gotta stick with it. Gaining muscle will help make up the difference in how the skin hangs off you. Core exercises are great. And make a fund for skin removal from all that food you're not eating.

You can't go back in time to undo it, you're always working with what you've got. Accept it.

I have so much loose skin I still look fat sitting down, granted I have some more to lose, but after losing 250 pounds of weight I am simply demoralized. I have to finish this shit tough or else I WILL kill myself, I already made that promise. However, there are a few people including me. Very interested in seeing what I'm going to look like when it's off. idk if u anons want me to but I can do before, afters, and after surgerys. (I have no starting images with clothes off, I did this out of sheer desperation and self hatred, I couldn't give a flying fuck about anybody else caring about my weight loss, that being said I know some fatties would like to see now so I can show shit) I look like a fatter loose skin version of that builtmode tan dude but with rolls, (at least I hope I do I wanna look like that)

I lost a lot of weight about 13 years ago when I was 15, basically became more insecure than ever after, loose skin, flabby bitch tits, made fun of a lot, got surgery recently and that helped a lot, but I still look like a train wreck naked. I will never feel confident or that I will be loved, never take my shirt off around someone else. Not all doom and gloom, my bodies fucked up, but I look fine with a shirt on and I've kind of stopped caring about it.

Guys, you could have fasted to remove it (body self-canniballizes the skin).

I lost 52 pounds in the last 18 months and have some loose skin, I can relate (somewhat)
If I were you, I’d have it removed as it sounds like you’ve got a lot of it. But don’t have a nice day, find peace in Christ Jesus.
I fucked up my life in a different way. Was basically depressed and a dumbass and blew the first 10 years after high school drinking and smoking pot. Then I got it together enough to finish a Bachelor’s degree (while high), but continued drinking until I started puking up blood.
Been sober for 18 months, down 52 pounds, all because of God. I put my faith in Jesus Christ and take it one day at a time. I’ll pray for you brother

been there, done that, rebounded and on my way back again. surgery is likely an unavoidable part of significant fat loss in adulthood and people should accept that.

It should be used as a warning to younger generations on why they should avoid getting fat.

      do this strong af
      coconut oil
      witch hazel
      moisturizer

a lot of people like OP have dry as fuck skin whatever they're using isn't breaking the skin barrier so when they lose weight, it's gonna sag instead of adapt

No, they lose weight to not feel like shit 247.

they lose weight to not struggle to bathe
they lose weight to not struggle to shit
they lose weight to not spend a fortune eating
they lose weight to not be trapped at home
they lose weight to not feel their body wearing out like an old truck that's hauled cargo it's entire fucking life
they lose weight to keep their dicks working
they lose weight to not be the center of attention everywhere they go... I'm a negative way
they lose weight to not be constantly sweating, even in 50° weather
they lose weight to not have to wear a tarp as a shirt
they lose weight to not hurt when they walk
they lose weight to not feel 100% alone, all the time
