      Domino's small cheese and tomato pizza (no meat toppings) - 45.8 protons
      Pizzas are deceptively high protein and Mcdicks is deceptively low protein.

        double cheeseburger = 450 cal

        so, if you have two double cheesebuger you get the same protein in about 3/4 of the calories.

      Like I just said in the post before. Me having a cheat meal once every two months has almost no impact on my body.

      Just be mindful of how often. If your doing it weekly, or planning it ahead and really looking forward to it. Might wanna reconsider.

      I don't know what your relation is too food. But I use to have a bad addiction to fast food. Theres a reason that in AA, they dont train you to drink only occasionally.

      Make it homemade, it’s HIGHLY addictive. On its own it’s not /that/ bad but it’s hard to stick to one. If I have pizza tomorrow I’ll probably have pizza again in a month and than in two weeks and than it’s a weekly thing, and than I’ll have it whenever someone offers and yada yada. I’d rather never have it than be a slave to cravings. I’ll have it but only on occasion and at like a sit down place

      Yes if you drink the whole bottle in one sitting, otherwise it's still a diet.

    my cheat is getting high on weed and scarfing down 6-7 bakery cookies @150cal each

    I use a THC vape right before bed because I sleep like a baby and stay up all night without it, but any time I use it a few hours beforehand (to simply stave off boredom) I inhale like 1000+ cal of snacks and I can't stop myself. Like the pros/cons risk/reward just go out the window and all I wanna do is eat until I get a stomach ache.

      Whenever I smoke I usually bypass hunger by eating lots of fruits/vegetables with high fiber, drinking tea/coffe and if really needed, zero calories sodas and chewing bubblegum
      I also take 30-40 minute walks when I'm high and try to keep myself busy with light exercise or things to distract me from thinking about food

      Most of the time I can just control my hunger though

    Indian Buffet. butter chicken, naan, egg curry, lamb curry, tandoori chicken chickpea salad, carrot halwa for desesrt. I think its called that.

    The one I like has tandoori chicken legs/thighs, so I end up getting a big feed of protein.

    I do intermittent fasting all week, usually Noon to 6:00pm with two 24 hour fasts (monday and thursday). The last two weeks I have been doing "one meal a day" for fun. The weekends are a free for all though, it usually:
    >Beers
    >Chips
    >Ice Cream
    >Takeout
    I am happy and I find this is easy to maintain, I've been floating around 160LBS at 5'9" for a long time now. Before starting this, I was a chubby 175-180LBS.

          >1 cup hulled raw sunflower seeds

          >Once mixed, dump onto large baking tray/sheet
          >Flatten and bake for 20 minutes
          >Heat up some peanut butter in a small pot
          >When it becomes liquid, drizzle over the finished granola
