Fruit juice is a glycemic bomb, most people can't properly digest milk (yes, including most europeans) and water is full of estrogen.

Get a reverse osmosis system installed. $100-$250ish. Alternatively, you can buy reverse osmosified water in many grocery stores (at least here in the USA). You should also buy trace minerals to add to the water, since it filters so aggressively that almost nothing is left, and that's also unhealthy to drink.

anything in a container has pfas. fast food containers, pet food packaging, anything canner or bottled not in glass, frozen veggies, meat in plastic wrapping, it is everywhere. this lawsuit will probably go nowhere because it would open every single food company to liability

yeah it's fricking lame. on the brighter side, pfas and their use will probably be legislated out of existence before the end of the decade.

Juice has never been fit approved.
There are literally only 4 beverages that are safe for human consumption: water, milk, tea, coffee(black). But don't develop a dependency on coffee if you choose to drink it.

actual tea, not random leaves and shit you boil in water... real tea. but camellia sinensis is tea so its approved

I agree with you guys, but a lot of people hear tea and think of some bullshit like chamomile or whatever bullshit blend they like to mix with sugar that's sold in Teavana.

Orange juice is basically a glass of soda with the amount of sugars it has. For fun drinks I only go for fizzy water like la croix

Why isn't third-party testing not mandatory for all major brands that sell food and drinks? A common product like orange juice should always be vouched by Third-party food laboratory testing before it even gets in the consumer's hands.

Taking Coca-Cola's word for it that their product is safe to consume is just foolish when they're countless times they have been proven to be wrong about the quality. It's like trusting Google or MS with your personal information on their cloud services.
