      Let her run. Get the fitness habit into her. Let it guide her to lifting. Once the running habit is installed, you can show her videos of glute exercises that help her running. You both win twice.

      I started with just cardio because I was scared to try anything at first due to a back injury but didn't take long before I got into lifting
