    I rarely ever consume any finer. Maybe, maybe twice a year and it's bern that way as long as I can remember. In my exoerience it is useless. Some people like it though, so whatever works for you. Just from your OP I would just try cutting it out and give yourself a few months to level out because you are obviously having problems with it and trying to play a balancing act with it. You should not be consuming anything regularly that you have to balance out precisely

    Fiber only makes your bloated if your gut biome isn't use to high fiber foods. Your body will stop bloating sooner or later.

      fiber *normally* produces gases, since your microbiome feeds on fiber, and they excrete all sorts of nice gases when they metabolize it.

        Depends on the fiber. Beans, lentils and similar shit makes me bloated. Greens on the other hand I can eat as much as I want and nothing happens.
