>you can bench 1pl8+
lmao...
Btw OP, anything over like a 10 degree incline and you start taking the load off the chest and putting it on the delts which means using less total weight which means even less tension on the chest (clavicular head as well) as a whole.
>expecting compounds alone to build you a good chest
I have a great chest (I have to stop because its dwarfing my body) and I attribute it to 25% flat bench, 25% OHP and 50% machine chest flyes that I have done since day 1 in the gym because I like it
Love it when exercise diagrams have part of a muscle group highlighted as if you aren't still using the entire thing
no. can't force me to
Get away from me you Black person
HELL NO! Looks like guillotine city, bro.
Looks like a pain to self-unrack, but I've heard great things otherwise

It does not. Upper chest is unfillable you if you aren't blessed with good genetics
Life is unliveable unless you are blessed with good genetics
I flat bench 285 and incline 225 and my chest looks like this
For reps or singles
And do you lower the weight in a controlled manner or are you trying to cave your chest in and rebound the weight up?
My 10 rep for flat is like 215 and incline is 175
>My 10 rep for flat is like 215
Well that makes more sense why your chest looks like that then.
And my back might arch a bit when going heavy but I don't bounce the bar at all
Honestly you probably just have unfortunate insertions. Might be able to do decline or underhand bench for lower pecs, or maybe dips too.
My 10 rep for dips is bodyweight + 75lbs
You are just fat lose weight
you need to cut, you look like you're made of jelly
This is right. If you are above 15% bodyfat there is no reason you shouldn't be cutting.
>incline bench
>do it anyway
