I have an office job as well. They got me a standing desk which is great. I also do a lap of the building once an hour. Walking to work and back (and during the day) I rack up 8k steps on average.

I just started a fully office job, and I make sure to stand and stretch often.

I return them back to the building every time.
      >Returning to store - white
      >Returning to the return lane - brown
      >Leaving the cart next to your car - subhuman
all are cucked though since you do not have your own farm and depend on the industrial society. therefore the correct move might be stealling the cart.

Got news you for, working a labour job on construction won’t be any better for your back. Especially if you’re wearing those awful steel toe boots

I deliver food and drinks in my hometown to other people. Its only a part time job, but I have to go 3-4 floors for every costumer and deliver at least 4 boxes of water/cola/beer to them. Its a nice little workout. I do it once a week. Its alot of fun

Yes but I do worry that getting sodomized so often and with objects of unnatural size is going to lead to me getting an anal prolapse

OP, question for you- if you're hired on to be cart crew does that mean you're stuck out there forever or can you get promoted to working inside?

not him but back when i was at the supetmarket the warehouse manager told me he started off as a trolley boy

I'm part of front-end so I could get called in to help the cashiers or clean up stuff or gather boxes or help at the food court. I prefer doing carts over working inside though.

    Amazon warehouse

Unironically best job for IST goals. Lifting heavy boxes all day, pushing and pulling pallets on pallet jacks, cardio from walking around all day and surrounded by hot young college girls in yoga pants who are doing their first job while going through school and are horny and looking to meet men.

The horror stories you hear are mostly from fulfillment centers. Try to get at a cross dock and it isn't so bad. It is literally the best place to interact with hot women and meet them when they are all sweaty and horny. The girls dress like sluts too. Best warehouse gig ever!

your job is literally nothing. Try being an AM Merchant at Costco. Hand re-stacking entire pallets since the depot decided to send it on a busted board.
Maybe Produce where you're moving 40-60lb of fruit boxes every 20 seconds, and if you can't keep up with that pace you won't make it to opening on time.
Cart crew is nothing, your job is worthless and Costco is starting to buy the machines to help push.
Your job isn't even worth being included as an activity. go transfer somewhere else if you want to be paid for exercise

I'm a commercial electrician. Kill me. JK but for real, once I get my jman card I'm going right back to community college for anything other than this shit. Trades are a fucking meme. You are the male equivalent of a prostitute.

      what do you mean?

        Anonymous

In terms of why I don't wanna be a trade cuck any more? Because it is a miserable, soul sucking experience that no office job could even come close to.

What do I mean by it's male prostitution? Well, your basically a whore using your body for money. The simplest version anyways.

I'm an orderfiller/orderselector at the Walmrt DC and it's very fucking physical. If it's going to be less than a 9 hour day then we can only take one break which is basically only 10 minutes because it's case by case. I've been here for 9 years and my forearm gains are incredible from this shit. Keeps me in shape and its very competitive here. To the anon that metioned the hot girls at the warehouse, well thats kinda true but they dont last long and the ones that do end up staying has everyone trying to fuck. I make 30/hr (weekend shift sat-mon) plus production incentives up to 150% production. I paid off a new truck, new car for mpg and bought my first home. But it's very hard on your body if you are not stretching and eating right.

I'm actually going to school for HVACR, ive only been at it a month. I wanted to do the residential electrician course but it got removed from the free walmart employee college program. Man I've always wanted to learn a trade. Is it really that bad being an electrician? I do know to do concrete, I do it with mydad during the week and it pays pretty good but I wanted to be something more of a technician.

        >Is it really that bad being an electrician?
        >do you want to deal with people who barely graduated high school, high school dropouts, daddy's boys, substance copers, and room temp iq retards all day?
        >do you want iterally nothing to go to plan accordingly because 3 fucking trades have 3 fucking different prints and the gc decided to fuck your trade over specifically?
        >do you like having to redo shit more than 2x because a sudden mystery print was found that completely voids the 3 you were looking at?
        >do you enjoy waking up before 5:00 and a 30+ minute commute to and from work?
        >do you enjoy being a company cuck and are willing to show up 15 minutes early to the jobsite to be. a "team player"? bonus points for staying 15+ minutes late because 3 retards couldn't figure out it was time to go?
        >do you want to be surrounded by utter fucking losers who want you to be impressed by their new white-moron wheel they put on their shit truck?
        >do you want to deal with high school girl level drama because all these dumb fucks think they're king fuck of shit mountain but never had enough self-awareness to realize they're trade morons?

Go commercial if you're a nerd who wants to stroke your ego instead of having peace of mind. Go residential if you're ok with a smaller paycheck but an easier life (depends on company). Go to college if you actually have a fucking brain or at the very least stick to something white collar. Like I said, the second I get the jman card I am getting the fuck out with a degree. Fucking make me manager of a YouTube advertising company. IDC.

pet store with therapy pool. 30% stocking and moving 20-35lb bag of dog food, 20% lifting big dogs who are scared into the water, remaining half of my day on my feet walking around, 9 hour shifts usually

Sometimes. I work mostly at home (RF engineer), however on some projects I do go on site regularly to do some installation. Some of it gets quite physical. Like unloading a truck and moving pallets from the dock to a staging area, and even racking and stacking in 7' racks or wall-mounting stuff can be a bit strenuous when some of that stuff is quite heavy (especially UPS battery banks).

I don't do that TOO often but I still try to get in the field every now and then. Being a pure desk engineer and getting super disconnected from field work tends to make one a shittier engineer.
