Fitizens. What exercises should I do to further define my core? I weigh 180lbs, 69 inches tall (5'10).
Lost 100lbs since last year after I cut soda and started to run, Daily intake now is just a few turkey slices and some fruit. Apples, pears, pinnaples, plus celery to kill the habit of eating before i sleep.
