pretty decent exercise, imo it's one of those ones where if you have shit posture it's amazing and if you have okay posture it doesn't do much at all. so people rank it as a miracle when it's really just how bad their lives are.

"posture" has nothing to do with it.
I dont expect a manlet to understand, but tall people are prone to lower back pain even with good posture.

          >leannnnnnnnn

          >bro it's not posture
it's always posture, you develop back problems from not holding good posture which allows your muscles to properly mold to hold your body up newfag. you wouldn't have back problems if you had good posture.

I cant walk after doing these. I enjoy doing them but think I have a fucked SI joint. Having tight muscles seems to keep the pain away, but as soon as I do anything to loosen or stretch them it gets clunky and back comes the pain.

Is the 45 degree or 90 degree version better

      Anonymous

They're for different purposes. The 90 degree (I assume you mean it lays flat and you pick your torso from a right angle and have your whole body parallel to the ground) is meant to be done isometrically, the 45 degree one is better as a continuous motion but you can sort of emulate what the 90 degree one does by moving slower.
