Stop procrastinating and begin your healthy life today!
Unironically, it does.
Yes these are like magic. Reverse Hypers too
I never did Hyperextensions. Should I?
pretty decent exercise, imo it's one of those ones where if you have shit posture it's amazing and if you have okay posture it doesn't do much at all. so people rank it as a miracle when it's really just how bad their lives are.
"posture" has nothing to do with it.
I dont expect a manlet to understand, but tall people are prone to lower back pain even with good posture.
>tall people are prone to lower back pain even with good posture.
You guys are like those dogs who are too inbred and get all fucked up
Leaving humanity behind has a cost
I'd rather be tall with a sore back than a jealous little manlet.
>becomes hunchback from fucked up spine
What now. How are you going to cope now?
it's over for hunchbackcels
It's only people with a torso longer than their legs.
Nhaa, everything is built for medium sized people. Short and tall people both get fucked over by this
6'4 here.. phone neck without phone
>leans over all days
>leans over computer
>leans over phone
>leans on recliner else his back breaks
>bro it's not posture
it's always posture, you develop back problems from not holding good posture which allows your muscles to properly mold to hold your body up newfag. you wouldn't have back problems if you had good posture.
I cant walk after doing these. I enjoy doing them but think I have a fucked SI joint. Having tight muscles seems to keep the pain away, but as soon as I do anything to loosen or stretch them it gets clunky and back comes the pain.
Great exercise. Unironicly helped my squat and deadlift too.
for me, full nordics
I do this instead of deadlifting and made my deadlifts go up.
This is actually a thread that's not retarded
My back feels great after doing these.
Thabks based exercise
Is the 45 degree or 90 degree version better
They're for different purposes. The 90 degree (I assume you mean it lays flat and you pick your torso from a right angle and have your whole body parallel to the ground) is meant to be done isometrically, the 45 degree one is better as a continuous motion but you can sort of emulate what the 90 degree one does by moving slower.
Deadlifts fixed my back pain.
bro just horse stance
> have APT
> makes your lower back sore AS A MOTHERFUCKER
> does fuck all for your glutes which is why you're doing it
Hehe, nothing personnel, kidd
try 3x15 sideways for the QL
what if your gym doesn't have this machine?
planet fitness pretty trash
don't go to planet fatness retard
what about YMCA?
Keep setting off the lunk alarm until they agree to your demands
>what if your gym doesn't have this machine?
then go to a decent gym instead
tfw have to spam these inbetween sets to try and keep the sciatica away
Ok op, I have back pain I'm gonna try that
any way i can do this withoout the equipment?
You can also do reverse hypers. You just need a stable bench/table
Go lower and it becomes a better hamstring and glute exercise than RDLs
Does it help with sciatica?
