i fucking hate doing these. are they actually useful? I thought my trainer was full of shit when he recommended them. they look so retarded

I dont like them but I will do them to the best of my ability if they are useful
Some people swear by them. I was convinced and tried it and didn't really get anything out of it. If the idea of counting out 10,000 reps excites you then go for it.
It helped me with my lower back issues, somehow got rock solid ass and grip is strong af now. Did also the 10k swing challenge and it helped me with pain in my knees to some degree. It's boring as fuck to do more than 300 a day but I think it's worth doing at least 100-200 after strength training.

He quite literally said he's 1. Lowered the weight and 2. Done it for reps so why the fuck are you giving him shit for something he's already explained.
Because doing 60 reps deadlift is basically cardio. Its just not enough intensity to produce muscle growth. Thats why it is retarded and i cant believe people like this give advice
That he said 60 total and not simply 60 makes me think he did 4 sets of 12 and then rushed it and only got 8 on the next set and then did 4 so it felt right. But posters here always tell me I'm autistic so idk..
