Your opinion is wrong. Stop making space for women here. If they can't pass as men then they don't belong. Every male space on Earth is infested by narcissistic holes: the military, academia, sports, gaming, even THE FRICKING BOY SCOUTS. They can't have IST.
        >But not all wom-
That's how they get their foot in the door. Then they get more and more entitled until IST becomes another reddit, all because of simps like you.

Absolutely this. What makes imageboards like this site great (in theory, at least) is that the ANONYMOUS nature ensures that attention whoring is minimal. No one is explicitly saying that women shouldn't be allowed here entirely, in fact even if that were the case, a girl could come on here and just... post normally. But with shit like /fig/, I guess even the jannies were getting annoyed by the latest israelitery to turn a male space into another hive of mediocrity with simps and hoes galore. I say, good riddance.

I wouldn't worry about it. A little bit of ponch is hot.

I'd work on building muscle mass in your hips, legs and ass and not getting fat. Maybe do some assisted pull ups and work your way up to full pull ups to help straighten your back from months of leaning for baby care.

a little bit of post birth baby ponch doesn't mean anything. Its natural and beautiful if the person is overall healthy.

It’s things like this that scare me from getting pregnant. I’m approaching 34 though so I know if my husband and I do plan to have kids we don’t have too much time.

A part of me does want kids, but everyone I know that has kids seems like they’re miserable and tell me a lot of horror stories

At age 35 it's considered a geriatric pregnancy for the female. Women have a biological clock where the older they get the less viable their eggs become and children being birthed at that age are more prone to a plethora of things occurring. This is fact.

Out of curiosity, what is the point of wanting to be attractive if reproduction isn't your end goal? I can understand just working out to want to be healthy, but the kind of changes to your body caused by pregnancy won't make you unlikable to others, they'll probably make you appear more authoritative since you are middle aged. In fact, if you get to an old age without producing a child people will look down on you.

I had one grandfather that was immobile for the last 10 years of his life and another who walked national parks with his wife. That's why men need to work out as they get older. Obviously people can't "look good" past a certain age, trying to chase that is ridiculous.

If you have to get it the recovery isn't as long. Wife was literally up and walking after the delivery and I've heard that women more often than not retear the stitches on their perrineum than they do with cesarians but your kids do get more nutrients when they get birthed through the veganal canal.

I need to update my stats on it, but I thought natural birth had a lot less complications than a c section. I was also under the impression that children born naturally also had a lower tendency to have asthma and certain allergies, which are things I'm worried about passing on

                Anonymous

Yeah you're right about all of those things. Neither of my kids had any complications though from the c-section and never developed allergies or asthma. Both kids were healthy it's just my wife is 5'4 115 lbs and my son was 10.2 lbs and my daughter was 9.6 so she wouldn't have been able to do it without a cesarian. There is more complications that can occur according to ~~*OB's*~~ but I've just heard more things going south from those who give veganal births. I'm sure if my wife could she'd choose veganal over cesarian though.

The biggest reason to avoid the cesarean unless absolutely necessary is that natural birth is much healthier for the child. Btw, did you or your husband get the covid vax? If so, you might be out of luck either way, judging by birthrates drop occuring around 9 months after the mass vaccinations started in first world countries, around ~20 % of all vaccinated are rendered infertile for at least a year, perhaps even permanently.

        >Your vegana never goes back to what it was
The good thing is that it doesn't get any worse with subsequent pregnancies. My wife had issues before her first pregnancy with a lot of pain during sex because she was very very tight. I'd like to say it was my giga-penis but I'm 7.5 inches and medium girth so it wasn't anything crazy. After that pregnancy though it reached what I would consider normal tightness so things have been good and enjoyable for both of us ever since.

It's important to have the first pregnancy young. Most women don't realize this. Your body undergoes a lot of physical changes with that first pregnancy and all subsequent pregnancies are easier and fall into a pattern. That initial hit with pregnancy #1 hits much much much harder the older it happens. I see women having their first kid over 35 these days and it's like they got hit by a fricking truck, or had their vitality sapped by space aliens. I know women who had their first kid before age 20 and at age 40 they look younger and more vibrant than most of the childless 30 year olds. My wife has this one friend, she's had 9 kids. Was hot when she started, is still hot today. It's no wonder her husband keeps impregnating her.

34 year old man with his first due in may.

I knew I wanted kids but always felt kind of meh about getting around to it. Wife pushed us to do it and it’s been a wild year. I’ve definitely fallen into the hype and everyone has been insanely supportive, and excited for us. I just keep getting more and more excited.

What’s the alternative to having a family? Working forever so you can watch more shitty movies and Netflix shows or go eat dinner in exotic locations?

All the things worth doing are hard and this is no different

34, ours is due in June. I need kids, I've got the fatherly drive. Our first is going to be a girl. We're hoping to get one more in after that. I'd be happy with three kids, but we're racing the clock now.
Both had horrific upbringings so it took a while to get to the point where we could be great parents. Her, a cloistered mess, me a brash egotistical death urge driven guy. Now she's a great homemaker that loves cooking and craft, and I found some inner peace and a job that challenges and rewards me well enough for her to drive the homeschooling.

I'm currently 7months pregnant. No drastic changes so far, my areolas just got a little bit bigger and my nipples darker. I'm 23, this is my first pregnancy. I'm almost 12kg in, my breast did growth even though they were already quite big and heavy. I've been scared of changes too, but thank God it's been a wonderful pregnancy, almost no symptoms nor changes, at least visible changes. In fact everyone tell me I look prettier and healthier than before, my hair looks beautiful, my skin is ok. Still got two months ahead, but I guess it's some kind of lottery. I'm taking care of my belly skin with creams, hopefully won't get many stretch marks. I don't really mind them tho. Just today I started lifting a bit again. The younger, the better to get pregnant I'd say. There's a lot of fearmongering surrounding pregnancy, and most of us girls are vain AF. Mentally it's been a bit of a toll. I'm expecting a son.

you do know that this happens to every single pregnant woman, right? Like even the nicest whitest woman with light pink nips will temporarily get dark nipples during pregnancy and then go back to normal later. So many people on here are no wife, no kids sexless virgins so I'm not surprised when I see this.

It is a complete mental roller coaster up until a bit after you wean. Hormones are constantly getting jacked around.

Skin quality is random, hair does look great when pregnant but you will lose some after pregnancy, how much is genetics I guess. Please take the recommended vitamins/supplements the baby will legit steal nutrients from you if you are not eating enough.

My wife had zero stretch marks but she is a bit taller at 5’8” and we didn't have twins. Both birthed veganally, no tearing and returned to normal tightness (no lie).

Most noticeable toll on her body was her breasts. Darker and a bit larger nips. I think pumping gives you huge nips but idk she breast fed. After weaning they looked deflated but were starting after a few months until I got her pregnant again.

          Stop with this shit.
It never goes back to normal.
Even with kegal exercises that doesn't tighten the pussy it juat allows her to grip your wiener in a few positions.
Your wife had an episiotomy and you're ashamed of her gaping hole.
You'll try and rebuttal saying "well it doesn't effect me all that much since I have an 8"×6" wiener", when in reality you're only 5" hard and when you slide it in in it feels like a hotdog being tossed into the hotel hallways featured in twin peaks.
We get it, you love your wife but this is a white lie than husbands push sort of like when the wife asks you if this dress makes her look fat and you say no to make her happy.
You're doing the exact same thing.
Iv'e had sex with with both types of women and the ones who gave veganal birth were much looser and not on a minimum marginal scale.

Me too frick. She was my second gf but my longest relationship by far before I met my wife.
I was young and naive, and even had that thought that I'd marry her one day (I was 16 or so). She broke up with me when I heavily implied I wanted sex, which left me ruined. I later found out she was abused by a relative, and the thought of sex made her have a break down.
It's been more than 15 years, and I'm married with 3 kids but I still think about her.

Having kids is entirely what you make of it, but it is undoubtedly different from what you are currently doing. Some people find their calling the moment they see their kid, some people look at the kid and just think of all the partying they won’t do anymore and get bitter. It’s what you make it. I have 2 under 2 at 28 and love it, even if I miss my friends sometimes.

Depending on the country there is still a lot of time 🙂

Had our first at 36, second at 39. A friend had IVF at 42. All happy healthy kids.

Having kids sucks but it is the best thing you'll ever do. The first year is miserable due to lack of sleep and it then gets hard in other ways.

There is nothing on this earth that replaces the feeling the first time they smile, tell you they love you, run across a playground for a hug, nothing.

My wife has had our 3rd kid and this had always so far returned her back to normal after about 8 months but you need to be consistent in it. She looks the same as before we got married but the skin still feels a bit lose but aesthetically you can't tell.

A nutritionist here in my city just did peak week to fix it in a middle-aged woman(almost 50), and it worked wonders.

It is a more aggressive cutting that athletes do for a show. In the caption, she said the client lost the target weight, but the skin was still flabby. So she went the whole dehydration route to tie the skin to the muscle.

My GF reduced diastasis recti to zero by doing some low level physio shit every day. It seems that you have to be consistent and that's all.

She was also lifting till late stage of pregnancy and is overall fit and well builded, I mean tall, not too fat, with strong legs and hips. I love her BTW.

Hypopressives/vacuums are great for strengthening core to push and hold organs where they should without further weakening your core via other workouts that add pressure to your abdomen , BUT anon id highly recommend you to go to a physio specialized in all pregnancy, both pre and post because I don’t know enough of your particular case, don’t want to see you hurting yourself.
    >t. Im doing them to prepare for pregnancy and while I don’t have 10/10 abs my entire torso got firmer and much smaller, I feel overall stronger without doing crunches or the regular abdominals exercises, again these types of ab workouts if done incorrectly which most do just add more pressure to your organs and push everything down your pelvic floor further weakening it.

I thank god every day that I'm a lesbian and will never be tempted to ruin my life and body falling for this scam

      >lesbian
      >ruin my body
It's already ruined because you chose to fail to fulfil its one purpose.

You are lesbian in an attempt to self-medicate your already ruined life, making it worse instead like someone who self-medicates with alcohol.

    TRAIN THE TVA
DO NOT DO CRUNCHES. DO NOT ACTIVATE YOUR RECTUS ABDOMINUS WITHOUT KEEPING YOUR TVA SUPER TIGHT

DO NOT DO CRUNCHES OR SITUPS OR LEG RAISES UNTIL YOU CAN KEEP YOUR TVA TIGHT

YOU CAN ALSO GOOGLE AND FIND RELIABLE SOURCES INSTEAD OF POSTING HERE

Women's bodies are not damaged by pregnancy. They are fulfilled by it.
As long as it's not something that severely interferes with quality of life and they properly take care of themselves post-pregnancy (aka don't sit on the couch and devour tubs of ice cream and gain 200 pounds), then the stretch marks, scars, and flared-out hips are all badges of pride.

      >"Ew I don't wanna get pregnant and ruin my body! XD"
This is the one like that I can think of that instantly makes a woman a 0/10. Not even a trad or pregnancy fetishist.
I get if someone admits they're too irresponsible or not mature enough to raise kids, that's fine, but saying that pregnancy is going to "ruin my body" is just shorthand for "I'm a dumb shallow b***h."

i'm a personal trainer/certified pilates instructor and sports nutritionist.

"fixing" abdominal separation really comes down to how severe the separation is. a common metric is how many fingers separated: one being a little, two being moderate, 3+ being a lot.

one or less? you can look 90% or fully normal again if you were training before and had core strength to begin with. not impossible without those two factors but certainly harder.

anything 2 and up is going to require surgery to fix. no way around it. 2 is quite ignorable if you are able to train properly but 3+ will always be visible no matter how lean you are or how much training you do. i very often have to tell women this and i hate having to tell them that because they're either sad or denial because of some bullshit they read on the internet.

I'm 32 and want a child. I am upper middle class in terms of wealth but I have zero family or friends to help. Just me and my wife. That's it. I earn enough for her to never need to work.

Will we be alright or am I in for a nightmare?

You'll be fine but without family you're gonna want to find a really good babysitter that you can trust.
Eventually you'll need one and you're better off having a well trusted one on retainer than scrambling to find one last minute.
