Every day I eat:
~6 free-range raw eggs
~1/2 gallon whole milk
~2 tins while sardines in water
~1/3 lb 80/20 ground beef with salt
~a largeish mango
~2 cups steamed broccoli
~1 cup Greek yogurt with raw honey

*All of this is in addition to around a half gallon of water.

If backed into a corner, I will eat a small "no thank you" portion of what ever Nana wants me to eat.
Other than upsetting almost everyone that finds out, are there any downsides to this? Are there any visible hole nutrient wise?

      >Other than upsetting almost everyone that finds out, are there any downsides to this? Are there any visible hole nutrient wise?
You're fricking up your glycine/methionine balance by eating nothing but muscle meat and you're fricking up too many things to list if the milk isn't raw. Fatty fish are a bad idea; unless you're eating them within hours of being caught then the fats have gone rancid.

Add some organ meats, drink raw milk, stop eating fish. Replacing the broccoli with fruit would also be a bonus.

        moron alert
broccoli is way healthier than fruit, and fish has more nutrients than milk

          >broccoli is way healthier than fruit
Broccoli is packed with antinutrients, like most vegetables. It also fricks with your thyroid function.

          >fish has more nutrients than milk
Aside from being not even remotely true, this still doesn't address the fact that polyunsaturated fats (omega-3s) oxidize extremely quickly even at room temperature. Unless your fatty fish has been refrigerated nonstop since the minute it was caught, the fats in it have gone rancid. Eating 2 tins a day of rancid fish oil will absolutely frick you up.

I'm sorry you don't know what you're talking about but it's no reason to get upset.

Milk contains literally every micronutrient except vitamin c and iron which it still contains, just not in large enough amounts to be beneficial. It's the only food that newborn mammals get, obviously it's going to be nutritionally complete. Picking out a few random vitamins to compare doesn't account for all the vitamins not on that list.

              >in what way? ive been eating a couple cans of salmon daily for years and felt just fine.
The same way all polyunsaturated fats frick you up: low grade inflammation of the whole body, increases risk of virtually all cancers, messes with the function of various organs, ruins your gut health, etc etc. Anything bad you've heard about seed oils is also true of fish oils. The winning move is not trying to balance your intake of toxic oils (omega 3 vs omega 6) but stopping consumption of both of them.

Some people are really attached to fatty fish due to decades of omega 3 propaganda, so here's the brief version: fatty fish are fatty because they live in cold water and need fat for insulation. Omega 3s are polyunsaturated fats and these fats are very unstable. They oxidize and go rancid very easily, which is one of the primary reasons why seed oils are so bad for you.

Once these fish are removed from cold water and start to warm up (salmon like waters between 40-50 degrees fahrenheit) then their fats start to break down. If they were kept below 50 degrees until you ate them then it would be much better, but unless you're eating them raw then cooking them destroys the fats anyway. And even if this weren't the case, eating lots of fish is still a bad idea because of all the shit we've dumped into the ocean that you're eating when you eat fish.

I can't eat broccoli, it upsets my tummy. Maybe if I eat enough fermented foods I can get the right probiotics to digest it right but it actually makes a lot of people gassy and shitty.

          ~2 cups steamed broccoli
~1 cup Greek yogurt with raw honey

I suggest getting a raw cocoa powder (non-alkalized) OP, will make your milk much better and add some variety. It's loaded with antioxidants, more than 10x the amount you're getting in broccoli. Just add 1/2 spoonful to 1 spoonful per cup of milk.
I'm considering making some "powerdrink" that's a mix of kefir, boiled corn (just take a bag out of the freezer and boil it up, maybe I will ferment this into corn mash to add a few % alcohol content), and cocoa powder. The fermented milk drinkers in most countries add a grain like corn into their milk to add "body" to it so you stay full longer and enjoy it more. I'll do this then add some raw cocoa powder to it since cocoa powder is the most slept-on food out there.
If you're eating broccoli and blueberries to be healthy just look up their nutrients in comparison to cocoa powder, cocoa BTFOs them in nearly every category. Also frozen blueberries are a must-have, they are like 2.50 in the store for a whole bag and are very enjoyable. I eat them when they're still frozen for a cold sweet snack.

I knew a girl like this, she was vegan and would only eat:
    >edamame
    >avocado rolls
    >pasta with marinara sauce
    >cheezeless, toppingless pizza
Needless to say, she was flat chested, had thinning hair at 20, and a pussy so dry it gave me contact irritant dermatitis. Ironically she had no problem swallowing sperm as a vegan

I feel like the difference between her and me is that I feel really good physically and mentally.

      why would you do this?

      >are there any downsides to this
      1. you cannot be taken anywhere
      2. normal human social functioning is limited
      3. your wife will soon leave you

      >Are there any visible hole nutrient wise?
you need to eat more vegetables and get more fibre

Yeah that's the main and unfortunately large downside. I don't believe my wife is about to leave me, God willing, but I do wonder if I should be less rigid diet wise for her sake.
I eject a large, clean log each morning like clockwork, does fiber have other functions?

fibre is needed for butyrate-producing species to colonize the gut, and butyrate protects the intestinal wall

dont make you own kefir...it isnt nearly expensive enough to warrant diy-ing it and the downside of making a bad batch (which is highly likely for homemade) is severe food poisoning or bacterial infection...i know a few people that made their own kefirs with bacteria from reputable sources for years and still managed to get violently ill because they didnt sterilise a container 100% or fricked up the bacteria by a day or two

This is the perfect thread to ask this in. Ill also ask in /fat/ but I feel like you have a very similar mindset to me.

I need some diet help. I have a TDEE of 2740 so I want to cut it down pretty hard to ~1500 or less since thats easily achievable. I do need help though. Im pretty autistic and know I can stick through it but I do need a plan of what to eat. I like to plan out my food, either same thing every day or a plan for 7 days I can repeat. I dont mind eating the same thing over and over again and know I can do it without giving up but I do need to get a list to write down and get the food and plan out my grocery trips. Any advice for it? Feel free to just go nuts and create a plan for a day that has less than 1500 calories or a week or whatever you want. It can be 1-3 meals a day I really dont mind omad either. Might even start a thread where I post updates on the plan and proof that I follow through it every day. I would really appreciate your help and ill leave my rarest pepe as payment.

Aside from that I do know a farmer that will sell me eggs for a lot cheaper. Add one or two cups hot green tea a day, it's the only tea that is proven to help you live longer in medical studies and it will help you get all that shit out of your body from your previously healthy diet.

Dude I just want to be less fat and not die of a heart attack. All I want to know is a good alternative to 200g of sardienes a day.

I can only buy them in sunflower oil or olive oil. There is no option for me to get them canned in just water.

      >low fat milk
Repeatedly show to increase risk of dozens of various diseases when compared to whole milk.
      >wheat flour
Even if you don't show any obvious symptoms of gluten intolerance, gluten is still fricking up your stomach lining and the functions of various organs.
      >whole milk
Good choice if it's raw, actively harmful if it's not.
      >bananas, apples
Not much nutrition here, especially from bananas. Replace them with berries or something.
      >bread
      Wheat again
      >peanut butter
Has too much polyunsaturated fat to be eaten on anything but rare occasions, and peanuts are one of the foods most susceptible to aflatoxin contamination (produced by mold growth) which is one of the most carcinogenic substances known.

The main thing I'd do is cut out the wheat and the peanut butter. If you must have nut butter then cashews are the best option, but none of them are very good for you.

Still that same autistic anon here that is looking for sardine alternatives.
Would smoked mackerel work? I just need some form of easily available fish that has ~30g of fat and ~40g of protein and I can eat once a day.
