I’ve been lifting for 14 years and I’ve had back pain for 14 years. Planks and overall core strength help but if you’re lifting heavy you’re gonna have pain

"Normal" compound lifts and most machines wont really help, see but here are some that helped mine
      >Back extensions
      >reverse hyper
      >LIGHT jefferson curls
      >kettle bell stuff
On youtube, stuff from anatomy of therapy, squat university, kneesovertoes was pretty helpful for me

nonsense. squats helped my back. machines won't do frick for you as they won't train the supporting muscles in your lower back. just don't be a retad pussy and start doing squats

What? You must be doing something wrong bro wtf
      >in pain for every year of lifting
      >didn’t think to try something different
Just why, if something really is causing tons of pain, just stop doing it moron
I deadlift ALL the time (more than any other lift, it’s my fav), and I nearly never have back pain, just sore or stiff, and it got rid of my fricked back and posture, and I used to have a pinched nerve from construction that seems to have been rectified by deadlifting using all different variations.
All in all, lifting had reduced my daily pain immensely, and my body feels much healthier when I’ve been lifting

same here. I do squats more than anything else and my posture improved dramatically.

Yoga helps a lot, no idea what it exactly does, since it seem like simple stretching exercises but it somehow does reduce back pain
I've been doing 20 sun salutations every day and I can even lay down my hands on the floor when bending and touching feet

Low back pain could be from tight hips, tight hamstrings, and tight calves. Stretch those all out, and strengthen abs

Also do the standing backbend stretch

When I was a kid I injured my back on a trampoline. I had chronic sharp back pains for years afterwards, not constant but regularly recurring. After I started lifting and doing squats and deadlifts the pain went away. Not kidding. Strengthening your back muscles 100% will help with chronic back pain.

Yes, it has helped me massively. I had chronic lower back pain for a year and tried everything to fix it, but nothing worked. Then one day in the gym I literally did one set of deadlifts and the pain went away immediately. Now I do pull-ups, rows, and deadlifts twice a week and my back feels better than ever. Many such cases.

exercise has repeatedly shown to reduce chronic pain, which includes back pain. It may not cure it completely, but it will help. It depends on your back pain. I have bones broken in my back and exercise has helped with that.

Only opening your ass so wide a golf ball could shoot up it will do that but and 99 percent of men won't do that stretch so I'm wasting my time.

I started getting lower back pain in my early twenties. Really started fricking with me and no amount of stretching etc fixed it. Then I started lifting because I actually wanted to improve my life. Within a few weeks of doing heavy deadlifts with good form the pain was completely gone. It's been almost ten years now with zero back pain.
