for context i was doing squats when my knee popped at 100 decibels ,bros what do my knee has been hurting for 3 weeks and it’s not healing yet, just got an x ray done and it came back normal
is it just a sprain? why isn’t it healing? could it be because of my job that requires me to walk a lot that’s hindering the healing processv

Anon that's a tendon injury. It won't heal without physical therapy even if you wait a fricking year without squatting.

      wtf do you mean?

Where does it hurt? An xray won't show meniscus damage, which is the most common knee injury

idk how to specify just knee

dont worry op, a nurse will have to drain liquid from your knee til you die.

      huh

      frick you

Full recovery can take from 6 months to a year. It depends on how healthy you were before and how much effort you put into the process. You should plan for at least a week off work if you have a desk job and 4 to 6 months if you do manual labor.3 Jun 2015

No bro don't kys, the devil will snatch your soul if you do that without sending a couple sacrifices first. My suggestion is to get a shank, you know what to do next.
