Anime is only good for eye candy (just like fortnite/overwatch)
Old anime like DBZ/Ken/nicky larson/lupin is cool but the rest is utter sissy feminine trash

I got into the gym for the first time in 2016 when I was 16 yo, but I have always taken months on and off from it since I lacked discipline. Now, I've been consistent for around 6 months and plan to keep it that way.
    >2.
I reached 1 plate OHP and 2 plates Bench, but now my goals are even higher. Goals are kind of strange, they are always changing, specially if you hit them.

    >For how many years do you lift?
    About a year.
    >Have you reached your goals?
Overall no but in a certain sense I have. I started with the goal of frauding after a year and change and 1 bulk/cut cycle. I've consumed an autistic amount of info on training and nutrition and will spend the next 3 months I'm cutting on researching gear before I hop on. Frick waiting 5 years to look good.

I want a zyzz or tyler the creator body but for whatever reason cant keep consistent. I used to lift 5 days a week in high school but couldnt put on muscle because i was young, used to take supplements protein shakes and everything (if you consider creatine a supplement, idk). I tried again yesterday but broke down because me and my gf had a break and only completed my chest session and some dips. Im currently here with my body.

Also, once i turned 19 i was able to put on muscle quick. Like big muscles after no lie two weeks of training. I assume its because of the boost of testosterone and maturity. I got bigger in two weeks than i did lifting for years in high school, despite me having the highest test levels in the class.

Breaking up with my ex was my catalyst for working out 6 days a week. I was a complete animal but the driving force the break up gave me made me gain 4 kgs of pure muscle in 6 months. Which is a lot if youre not juicing.

This is really impressive but at the same time I think it's a bad idea for people to make body aspirations based on manga art. ESPECIALLY ones like Baki, Kengan Ashura, or Ippo

after 10 years of lifting i dont have abs. you fricking grifting Black folk. The only thing that every single person should do at first when they step inside gym is to get to 10% bodyfat. simple as. From that point you lean bulk and stay within a bodyfat where 4-8 weeks is enough for a cut.

    >For how many years do you lift?

    >Have you reached your goals?
Sure. I wanted a 315 squat when I first started lifting, i thought that was really strong. My peak squat was 500
