      I add honey and natural peanut butter to steel cut oats. The peanut butter adds lysine which enhances the protein content of the oats.

    I like to put bananas and blueberries in mine, peanut butter is nice too, maybe some maple syrup if I feel like it, some hazelnut chocolate spread or vanilla cream oh god help me bros I'm losing it...

    Oats with honey are excellent, and even better in a shake made with overnight soaked oats, pb, milk, whey, and a banana. My morning breakfast, however, usually just consists of a banana covered in pb, and I eat a lot of Greek yogurt before bed.
