I have a basement gym so it doesn't apply to your question. But working out during a lunch break is popular as well as after work if the gym is close to work.

I used to work 8-4. I might squeeze in a little cardio, like HIIT or similar, in the morning, but I'd save the lifting till 8 in the evening or so, well after I'd come home and eaten dinner, done some housework and kicked back for a bit.
Didn't have a long commute neither to work nor to the gym, so it worked brilliantly.

my gym's like 15 minutes by bike and i work remote so i usually will bike after work around 5ish

Very similar to others ITT (working remotely 8-4, and going to the gym afterwards which is less than 10 minutes away) except when I don't have plans for the evening I go to the gym around 7 or 8 PM and when I do I go at 4:30 or 5 PM.
I shower at home of course and afterwards I eat some high protein cottage cheese and whatever I cook (it has to have some protein and be pretty satiating) plus a protein shake.

Wake up 5a, eat some cottage cheese. BJJ 6-7. Drink protein driving to office. 730-830 gym, then shower. Eat meat at 9. 12-1 gym. Eat meat at 1. Home at 530, stretch. Eat at 630. Bed at 8

Probably the fittest guy here and definitely does not have kids.

Over the years I've noticed the biggest or most athletic guys I've met always do workouts early.

Work till 5pm then home. Eat at 6 gym by 7 then bed. Sometimes will go at 5 am if I have something on and if I'm doing cardio I do that straight after work but otherwise this has been the schedule for about 4 years now.

    (OP)
I wear a suit, I naturally sweat a lot, and I sweat even more for the rest of the day after I exercise. So on days that I work, I usually go to the gym after work. I'll eat some protein shortly before I finish work and then have dinner later.
On my days off, I'll exercise in the morning. I really prefer morning workouts. I like the feeling I have for the rest of the day, and sometimes working out at night messes with my sleep. But I just sweat so damn much.

Home gym 3x a week 90 minutes each

    >Do you work out before or after the gym and what time?
I go 3 times a week. Mon and Wed right after work (and commute) so I start around 6:30 and on Fridays I work a bit later, so I don't workout until about 7:30
    >Do you shower at the gym?
    I usually shower at home
    >Do you take your gym bag with you to work?
    yes
    >What do you eat after the gym?
protein shake or something like chicken tacos/salad.

I have started eating breakfast for the first time in my adult life instead of just coffee so I don't really get hungry at lunch and just eat a protein bar or something. On lifting days, I take dinner with me and eat it after work so I have a bit of energy. Just make sure I have enough protein in my day. A bit more casual on rest days. Weekends I hike, bike, go to climbing gym, yoga class, casual stuff.

I either work 7-3 (realistically to 5), 9-5 (realistically to 7-8) or 3-11 depending on the day/week. If I'm working 7-3 I go after work, otherwise I go before and shower at the gym.
I bring my gym bag with me to work, with a couple of meals in it.
On the 9-5s I'll generally eat my post training meal before I clock in (EG 200g of chicken, 300g of rice with some veggies/sauces) have either a protein bar or a shake on my 10 and eat a house meal that's not complete shit on my 30.

Right now I'm training an Upper Lower split every Sunday Tuesday Thursday

Guess in what field I work

5:45am wake up, take a piss, brush my teeth
6:30am arrive to work, have a protein shake and a coffee
10:30am have another protein shake and take a massive shit, then wipe my ass for half an hour
3pm have my last protein shake and leave work
3:35pm arrive home, change my clothes, train at home because I am autistic
    5pm shower
    5:15pm post workout real food
6:pm cook dinner for me and gf
    7pm eat dinner
    9pm eat 2nd dinner
9:30pm read a book and cry myself to sleep later because I didn't progress and hit my macros

My work day has a 4-5 hour split between office and field work, 9 or 10-2 then 6 or 7-9ish. Plenty of time for a lift.

    I work 8-10 hours a day.

    >Do you work out before or after the gym and what time?
    Before, always.
    >Do you shower at the gym?
    No
    >Do you take your gym bag with you to work?
    Yes
    >What do you eat after the gym?
    Sometimes.

    >For you people who work full-time: what's your schedule like with the gym?

I wake up around 8:30am, drive to gym (30 min away)
Work out from 9-10am (sometimes I get done sooner depending on what I am doing).
Go to work (15 min drive from gym. Sometimes I stop for coffee etc on the way)
Work 11am-9:30pm/12am (work gets more busy during winter, but hey more cardio)
    Drive home (30 min drive).
Make dinner 10pm-10:30pm (sometimes I skip)
Shower 10:30pm-11pm (sometimes I skip, like when I get home at midnight. I just go straight to bed.)
I try to fall asleep before 1am. I generally get about 7 hours of sleep each night.

    >work out remotely from home
    >work only takes up 2-4 hours of actual work per day, still "online" 8,5 hours and get paid for 9 hours
    >literally do all lifting, cleaning, cooking, chores at home, gaming, movies, whatever I literally want during any spare worktime
    >tfw just received a raise for my hard work

However, now that I have bragged I will answer your questions according to my situation before this job:
    >Do you work out before or after the gym and what time?
I always worked out right after work, as soon as possible after I came home. Keep the momentum of having something to do going, and use it before becoming too tired/it's too late in the day.
    >Do you shower at the gym?
I always showered at the gym. Saves money at home, gives me money's worth on my subscription.
    >Do you take your gym bag with you to work?
I never did this, but mainly because my gym was close to where I lived.
    >What do you eat after the gym?
Regular meal. I have literally never looked at calories and stuff, I just eat meals with a lot of protein, like 60-70% meat, 25-30% carbs, 0-5% berries/fruit/etc

    >For you people who work full-time: what's your schedule like with the gym?
At 21:30 daily I go to the gym, by 22:30 I'm done.
    >Do you work out before or after the gym and what time?
    No.
    >Do you shower at the gym?
No, I'm back home at around 23:00-23:15 and then I take a shower
    >Do you take your gym bag with you to work?
    No.
    >What do you eat after the gym?
Maybe some granola with milk (I know it's not the healthiest but whatever) or I make scrambled eggs, or mushroom omelette.

Work 7:30-5 an hour and a bit drive from home, gym is 5 mins from home, so either take my gym shit to work, go straight there and change there, or go home, change then go gym. Normally get home around 9:00 then eat dinner, shower, bed. Shit life tbh.

    >For you people who work full-time: what's your schedule like with the gym?
    monday through friday
    >Do you work out before or after the gym and what time?
...what? I workout before work most days and do cardio at home/outside after work.
    >Do you shower at the gym?
no, I only sweat from cardio which I do at home.
    >Do you take your gym bag with you to work?
I leave it in my car but it's just a little draw string bag with some slip on shoes in a plastic grocery bag, a hand towel, my gym cloths, a comb, and my protein shaker bottle maybe a granola bar, and some instant coffee.
    >What do you eat after the gym?
just the whey and granola or nature valley bar most days.
