        Fat grip wrist curls and playing around with Captains of Crush. Most of the size is from years of pull-ups though.

            I'm sure you'll get there eventually, just be patient.
            Once you can do 12 clean reps, consider adding weight either in a backpack or on a belt. I recommend Matthew Zlat's weighted pull-up and dip routine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AeB4znuGuSo
