Men are extremely deffensive about weight, the skinnier you are the more shit they give you, above 80kgs is safe but most people are fat in this range except very muscular men and very tall men.
Approaching 70kgs you start getting shitted on
In the 60kgs range some are insufferable
And I Have never been below 60kgs but I have seen friends at that weight and they get treated like fricking women or inferior weaklings.

So basically too fat is terrible but you intimidate
too skinny is good for looks but you get treated like shit by dudes
So gotta get lean AND muscular but its so fricking hard.

Fit has gotten massively more crabby about that in the past few years, guess all the covid era fattening has made them insecure. Anyone who isn't either roided to the point of heart failure or above 25% body fat draws the ire of every bitter lard, and god help them if they're aesthetic too

Nothing but facts here. I'm in the 80s but I'm just really muscular at like 18% body fat(and I look really good in a size small black vest). My friend kinda used to get shit as his kinda skinny(at 57kg or so) but his 5ft11 and has good frame(broad shoulders and such) So they could only shit on him for so long plus he has a good amount of muscle

Got up to around 270 after a leg injury and got back to 220 only recently at 6'3 and about 18% body fat and yes it makes a noticeable difference in how you are treated by men, women, older people, and younger. At the gym, I have older guys who always ask if I am training for anything and it feels good so lose the weight anon.

I was treated a bit worse actually besides the "omg you lost so much weight!" from people that haven't seen me for a long time

I used to be tall and fat as a teen, some guys were laughing at me but I was not considered a pushover
When I lost weight the lazier way by not exercising and only counting calories, I got really skinny and lanky, so I wasn't probably seen as much of a threat anymore so more people tried to show domination and shit.

Since I started lifting most people are nicer to me than they ever were

I was always called ugly and fat by my dads side of the family, when my cousins called me ugly, the adults always looked on, saying nothing. I remember someone asked my uncle if I was their kid and they said “no no” in a defensive way as if offended, in front of me. Well now I’m basically looksmaxxed and retired at 27 and I laugh at their pathetic lives if I ever happen to think of them. Drunken, poor, knocked up with an unwanted mutt baby, dead. One member of the family even had the balls to ask me for money and I laughed and laughed, I received compliments from a lot of them on Facebook and blocked them all. May they rot. Love Mum’s side of the family though.

Yes. The most surprising thing is, It's not the b***hes outside who treat you well.

It's the apprentice b***hes in your family, that treated you like shit before, but now they're all friendly and feminine.

Yes, majority of girls thought I was disgusting, started working out at 14 and when I was 17 I went on my first cut and lost 11kg in 3 months. They were extremely touchy and some asked for me to flex or show shirtless pics, I thought this was just fascination with bodybuilding and not attraction then again I'm moronic so whatever. Only downside is that now that I attract girls and some have even asked for my number and gave their numbers without me asking is that I have no game whatsoever and kinda just exist.... but whatever I'll fix that "Game" issue later

No. I've never experienced any of the bullying people complain about on IST at any stage of my life, no matter whether I was fat (100kg at my worst), skelly (60kg) or fit (low bf 80kg right now).
At this point I'm pretty sure anons get bullied because they behave like b***hes rather than because of theur appearance.
