I wonder if autistic people like you realize how moronic you sound to someone like me who has been fat all their life and lowcarb was the only tool that ever actually worked for sustained weight loss, its like i have the proof right here in my hand and youre yelling at me that its not real

Fit has an entire userbase of crabbucket trannies and powerfatties who cannot comprehend the basic biomechanics of carbohydrates in the body because then they would have to admit they have a problem.

Bread only has a bad rap because Anericans put seed oil in it. The ideal food pyramid would have carbs and lean meat at the bottom.

When you eat ~300 cal of carbs and feel tired

Getting back on carbs is a gradual decline toward the same problems you were having before. You might think a one-off high-carb meal every now and then is no big deal, but before you know it, you are eating them every day, and gaining weight.
There is nothing to cure because you are not evolutionarily designed to tolerate significant amounts of carbs in the first place.
Take the advice of someone who has gotten back on the carb train 3 or 4 times and has regretted it every single time. Don't do it. It's best to accept that carbs are not for you.

This, even when I'm bulking I limit carbs to 50g at most, and only before/after I workout. They're just a shit macro unless you want to trigger an insulin response for some athletic reason.

It literally doesn't matter what you eat as long as you eat less calories than you burn every day, holy frick how is this so hard to comprehend

You made it worse you moron. Eat lean meat and carbs 3 times a day to correct it.

Why is it that ketolards are the ones having heart issue then?

Cupcakes are high in fat and not compatible with what I recommended, which is carbs and lean meat.

Lifting on low carb is exhausting. Carbs provide the fast energy necessary to lift.

I'm not anticarb, I agree, but non-active people and fatties should limit it.

Still high fat because of the seed oil, moron.

here's your USDA approved macros bro, very healthy! Avoid those fats that your body literally can't synthesize yourself! For you are a carnivore that should peel the skin off your prey and only eat their muscle XDDD

The USDA is moronic because they promote seed oils. Also are you saying my body cannot store fat if I never eat it? Are you promoting low fat now because that's a stretch lol.

Or he could just stay keto. High-carb low fat and high-fat low carb have the same effect in deactivating the Randle cycle and reversing insulin resistance. He won't eat super low fat though because eating that way is more painful than cutting carbs.

obviously eating only sugar is bad for your general health, but you'd still lose weight if you did it at below TDEE*.

*real TDEE, not whatever an online calculator spits out because you put in exaggerated answers

I dont care about waht you guys are gonna say but after being a Fatpohobe for a long time cutting I will say that just after 60g of carbs and 150-180g of protein I have to go out of my way to eat more

Cutting on 1500cals and 180g of protein, with like 11g of fat, I was hungry all fricking day.

Also I can literally just not stop eating carbs, not like, muh binge eating, but I literally eat a meal, decide to have some popcorn or something after, and FEEL my body stop being full.
