      Drop ohp and front raise and add lateral and rear delt isolation.

      Replace facepulls with stiff legged deadlift (mad posture gains).

      Add db lunges to leg day.

          Face pulls seems to help a lot with shoulder health, one thing I'm concerned about my program is the fact that they ask you to 3x12+ superset twice lat raises after tricep push down and overhead tricep extension.
          Should I just stop supersetting and do it once separately? Seems like a lot of shoulder volume when you've done bench and OHP in the same day.
