FRAME is crucial

Dimorphic males who are exposed to higher levels of testosterone develop smaller waists and broader shoulders. Leading to a higher shoulder to waist ratio. There are studies which show ~80% of attraction is shoulder to waist ratio.

IDEAL SHOULDER TO WAIST RATIO is approximately 1.85-2.00. The higher your ratio is without working out the better. It will also mean achieving the ideal will be easier.

HOW TO FIX: as this is primarily bone this is near impossible to fix. Working out will rarely improve this significantly. See the man on the right, no matter what, he will be unaesthetic due to a lack of a dimorphic frame, skinny broad shouldered males will always look more aesthetic even if they are untrained

I also have a blocky waist but good shoulders, basically never hit obliques ever and hit shoulders and lats twice as hard to keep the v taper

I was wondering if the guy on the left looks better because of his face
turns out that his frame is so much superior to the guy on the right, that with a face swap the guy on the left (body) still looks better

too low body fat with very high muscle mass looks weird. also the lighting

The guy on the right doesn’t look bad in other photos. Also, you can workout shoulders and lats more to create a broader frame. Many bodybuilders used to do this on purpose, such as Steve Reeves for example, to create a more aesthetic physique.

If you want to prove your incel theory, at least you honest examples.

Left is shopped/lighting/professional photo etc + he is trained and lean, not "skinny"
Right is holding a heavy barbell + undertrained lats + overtrained core for fridge mode

Find a real untrained skelly and compare him to a gymmaxxed framecel that is posing normally. Both would look like shit with the tie going to the face

How the frick could the guy on the right be so jacked and still have no lats?

iirc the "fix" is avoiding double leg exercises like squats and deads and doing single legs instead, and focusing more on the upper body

Give the guy on the right an aesthetic properly groomed beard and it will go a long way to equalizing since it will make him look less like a baby with a smaller jaw than left. Face matters more since bodies are more easily changeable but it can be equalized at least a little bit with aestheticmaxxing. You're comparing a blessed genetics model to an average person that works harder basically

Squats and Deadlifts are shit for aesthetics. Feel like if dude on right did less squats and deads his core would be less blocky and mostly did shoulders and upper body he'd actually look decent
