    i read that a lot of the calories in nuts pass straight through you into the toilet, that's why sometimes you see whole nuts in your shit, the body doesn't absorb all the nuts calories

        probably like 80% or the nut calories but it depends on a persons unique digestsive system.
        Because, I've also read that naturally skinny people don't absorb fat as efficiently as naturally fat people. Naturally skinny people pass a significant percentage of the fat in their diet into their feces, whereas people with a natural tendency to get fat are hyper absorbers of fat calories.
        I'm naturally skinny and I've noticed if I eat a lot of fat I will see fat droplets in the toilet after. But a fatty will absorb all those high density fat calories with ease.

      same thing happens to me when I eat a chicago deep dish pizza once every 2-3 months. Sprints right through my system and projectile shits out the other end within a couple hours. I would say it's guilt-free eating, but sitting on the toilet for rounds 2-3 is no fun

        I tried having a handful of cashews the other day and ate the entire 480 gram (almost a pound) container in one go, no problem. Would've kept going as well. I'm not even fat, but all those things do is make you hungrier.
