I went on a fish only diet for awhile and it accelerated by loss of hair and my shits made my ass bleed. I've experimented a lot (mainly with OPs mom) and I've found rice/pea protein to be the goat.

This is the best fricking brand and ive never been able to find it. Only came across it because some hobo asked me for beer money during the riots and i decided to just have a beer w him because whatever the cities burning down anyway. He pulls these out (in marinara) and hands me a can and i have searched ever since with no luck. Wish that magic hobo the best.

HEAR ME OUT: put bbq sauce in your tuna it's good just do it. Bonus points if u add a squirt of yellow mustard too. Could be fooled into believing it's pulled pork.

Sardines, shrimp, herring and salmon &c are fine. Methylmercury is highly toxic and probably makes children moronic

        >Selenium supplementation has been shown to restore selenoprotein function and reduce the toxicity of mercury, with several significant limitations including: the form of mercury (methylmercury toxicity is less responsive to amelioration) and mercury dose.

Canned tuna? Tuna steaks are relatively cheap. You have no reason to subject yourself to this, especially if you have high selenium intake thanks to properly dieting and consuming at least 5 eggs a day.

beach cliff sardines in louisiana hot sauce on crackers, or tuna salad are my go to cheap "every day" fish meals. now if i have time to cook ill go for scallops, pan seared salmon in lemon butter or grilled tilapia any day.
