    My back squat pr is 365 for 5 reps but I can’t even reach 3 plate front squat. How do I improve my core strength that doesn’t tip me over with heavy front squat?

    No one who says this ever has a good front squat. You need to have a good back squat to get a good front squat. Even most olympic weightlifters can't get away with only front squatting. And the few people that do, like Ilya, are phenoms + on tons of gear.
