    I usually eat one orange, or one banana before working out for a quick boost of energy. After dinner, I usually eat some fruit for dessert. So two servings a day max.

    I eat a shit ton of blueberries and raspberries. Been crushing some watermelon and nectarines a lot lately as well. Apples here and there if the kids don't finish them.

    I really love sour candy, so cutting that out when I decided to stop being fat was really difficult. The tartness of green apples has made them a nice replacement. I have one with my lunch or after dinner most days.

    There is no better food source on planet earth than fruit. Its vitamins and minerals are absorbed within 10-20 minutes, because it is so easily digestible. Its antioxidant capacity is the highest among all food sources. It literally has the potencial to reverse alzheimer disease and many other diseases. It gets rid of mucus in the body. Has the perfect combination of soluble and insoluble fiber (feeds your "good" gut bacteria and repairs damaged gut walls). The list goes on and on. Eat your fucking fruit

    Yes and no. It's good in moderation, but you can't eat it all the time since it contains too much sugar.

    I love blackberries and raspberries, they're my favorite treat. I eat them like other people eat candy.

      stfu with your "too much sugar" bullshit. only isolated sugar is bad for you. because you need b vitamins to actually make use of those carbohydrates (almost all fruits contain plenty b vitamins and minerals like manganese which is also important for it). also most fruit are rich in pectin and have a low to mid glycemic index. eat as much fruit as you want, chimps in the wild eat several kilos of figs per day, them bros strong af and healthy af.
