depends on how intense it is but that's probably more than enough. I do a half hour and I pretty much never get winded no matter what I do anymore. If I was training for a professional fight I would probably do more.

I go jogging every 4 days. I feel like my joints are stronger and more in-tact that ever before. Its like muscle building exercises, if I dont do correct form then I the workout wont be as effective and I risk injuring myself but if I do it properly there is only benefits. If you want to be a bloatlord, bodybuilder or you want to build muscle and dont have time/money for extra cals req to do cardio, you dont have to do it
