>YOU'LL GET SO MUCH STRONGER FROM DELOADING YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU GOTTA REDUCE FATIGUE WHICH WILL MAKE YOU SOOO MUCH STRONGER BRO
>deload by taking a week off and only having 2 light sessions in that week in which I do half the volume with half the weight and doing very light cardio on the other days
>lose 2 months of strength progress
>do my best to get it back for 2-3 weeks
>not coming back, gotta start from 0 again
Fuck you guys, I was doing so good as well
Retard
Fak u
You clearly didn't need a deload, then. Don't just take a deload because Wendler or whoever prescribes. Do it when there are clear signs you are overreaching, then cut only the volume and not the weight during the deload week.
I did, I felt somewhat exhausted in the last week and thought I needed a small break. So I did and I was even more exhausted and weaker once I came back, I don't understand it.
Some people take off full weeks so I thought doing 2 light sessions and a bit of cardio would be alright.
It did tho? Idk what you want me to say.
So what happened is
>2 days off
>light upper day
>one day off
>light leg day
>one day off
>spend next 2-3 days hiking, rest half a day afterwards
>run a 20km mud race
>2-3 days off
>normal training week starts
>take 2-3 days off since fatigue doesn't seem to be fully gons
>continue normal training week
>It's so much worse
>spend next 2-3 days hiking, rest half a day afterwards
>run a 20km mud race
Is that a normal week for you? If not, you deloaded from lifting and just added in other taxing shit. Meaning you didn't deload.
I mean I deloaded the week prior and took multiple days off afterwards, so there shouldn't be enough built up fatigue to crush me already. I'd understand if built up fatigue set in a bit earlier after a few weeks but first week in??
Reread your greentext. Sounds to me like you did this:
>deloaded for a week
>did a shit ton of cardio that will have an interference effect on your lifting
>deloaded again
I think if you had just done step 1, it would have worked.
why would you do this unless you're a super fatso
literally no benefit to eating such an insane amount of protein, perhaps filling out 50-100g of protein with carbs will help you not feel tired when you lift weights lmfao what the fuck
by taking a week off and only having 2 light sessions in that week
dumbass that's not how a deload goes
This didn't happen.
It takes at least two to three weeks with zero training before you seen any muscle loss. Strength you could possibly lose slightly faster but if you were still doing the lifts than loss from lack of practice would've been very minimal. You're either trolling for some reason or something else happened that caused this to occur that you haven't mentioned. It wasn't the de-load.
>tfw OP didn’t eat any protein during his deload from lmao1plate
why did they have to make my wife mikasa look like a man in season 04? why did they do that????
she should've kept the ponytail
Yall gay her s4 look is perfection
moron you are the gayest gorilla monkey moron i have EVER laid my eyes upon if you are being fully serious with that statement. Surely you must be trolling. She was literally perfect before S04. Literally the perfect balance of tomboy while still feminine
You're a dumb little normie moron who doesn't know what true beauty is
People still care about SnK?
yes, your in the minority, accept it and move on.
If you're an animeonly I eagerly await your reaction to the ending.
It ended months ago mate
NTA you were responding to but you're just gay or bisexual. I'd understand feminine face and muscular body, but that's just a straight up man with a stuffed bra.
this shit should have ended in s1
it got extremely gay after 10 episodes or so
This didn't happen, dumbass
It did tho 🙁
Yes and I have no clue what
Nah, I like failure training
if you're losing 2 whole fucking months of strength from just one week off then you're doing something very wrong.
You dont need a deload if you train like a pussy anyways
