Eating is the WORST part of getting IST, by fucking far. I hate to fucking eat. I HATE IT. You have to eat harder than you fucking train, I swear to god. The kitchen is the real fucking weight room, jesus christ man.
Oh and I wish like fuck onions and huel and shit like that actually worked. I feel light-headed and weak as hell even when I was slamming back 6+ shakes a day. If anyone has found a liquid meal replacement that ACTUALLY WORKS, PLEASE let me know.
But nope, I need to eat a whole ass fucking cornucopia a day to keep muscle and strength on me and it is so goddamn exhausting. My body will throw a bitch fit and make me tired and light-headed if I (god forbid) only eat when I'm hungry for a day. My body is so fucking greedy and expensive to feed goddamn!

Even my favorite foods in the world are hard to eat more than 1000kcal in a sitting, considering my TDEE is around 2800 I need to do that 3 times a day every day to bulk. Virtually impossible without blending up a homemade mass gainer.
I do whatever it takes (that's why I'm up 35lbs from the start and still have abs) but damn bulking blows.

here's what I've eaten today
breakfast - porridge
lunch - tesco meal deal (sausage egg and bacon triple sandwich, fridge raiders, small protein shake), dairy milk
dinner - tacos (250g beef mince, shells, cheddar), yoghurt
snacks - banana in morning, belvita on my way home, 3x hobnob biscuits + pint of milk after dinner
that's 3400 calories and 211g protein. can you really not stomach eating 3 meals a day? you don't even need the snacks for 3000.
Today my meals have been:
>Breakfast: large bowl full fat yoghurt with oats and honey mixed in, eggs, milk
>Lunch: homemade taco bowl
>Dinner: homemade Spaghetti and meat sauce
>Shake: milk, fruit, PB, oats, protein
I'm at about 3200kcal and I'm at my fucking limit, I'm not a snacker and no way in hell can I eat enough solid food in 3 meals a day to get what I need.

thats the problem, man. I ordered a big ass steak at a restaurant the other day (outing with the senpai) and chewing it was just such a fucking chore. Sure, it tasted good, but the taste just wasn't worth the effort. And by god NO I was not hungry I rarely if ever get hungry.

throw in some stuff you enjoy eating bro, it's all just fuel at the end of the day. Your diet doesn't have to be 100% clean foods, especially when your trying to put on muscle, because your gonna lose gains when you cut anyways, so you might as well hit your macros and then treat yourself to a slice of cake or some icecream, or whatever you like to top off the tank and not feel like shit.

tfw do not like any sweets, cake and other baked goods, ice cream, chocolate, soda, anything sugary or savory, any sort of snack, fried or fatty shit. It's not like I can not eat any of it, I just don't enjoy it. I like meat and cheese so I usually don't have such a hard time getting enough calories in but it's difficult to eat something in between meals.
I can feel not liking sugar, no fried food at all is weird. I fucking love me a country fried steak.
Do not get too deep into it anons. I used to be like this, skinny as fuck all my life, tried super hard to bulk. I eventually learned to eat but got too into it and now I'm 20% bf and love food, cutting is a pain

I wish it were that simple; I've already tried that. My body doesn't accept goymilk or what have you as a proper source of fuel. That shit just goes straight through me, I don't get any energy at all out of liquids.

I'm with you bro, I found what works for me (a big part is my shakes I have 4 times a week that are like 1500 calories by themselves) but it's still an almost daily struggle to actually eat the nearly 3500 calories I'm supposed to just for maintenance, let alone bulking
