Fucked up shoulders please help

Fit friends

My chest is falling behind and looks like shit because I fricked up my shoulders and they never can heal.

I can do actual shoulder exercises but any chest exercise at all, including ones meant for people who fricked themselves up, always hurt my shoulders really bad. Feels like my shoulder bone wants to just rip its way out the front.

What can I do? Is there something I couldn't possibly frick up?

How did you frick up your shoulders. Do you know about arching your back and putting your shoulders down and back during chest exercises? Do you train your back enough?

What did you do to frick them up?

I train the frick out of my back but I don't think I really do either of those things you mentioned.

I think I fricked it up on a chest press machine or sitting fly machine. That's what always hurts the most.

The benches at planet fitness are all guided anyway so I don't bother with them and just use machines

Peck dec is notorious for destroying shoulders (rotator cuff). Since it's not getting better you should see a orthopedic doctor

Okay nice dubs, but what about what I said about arching your back and keeping your shoulders down and back?

Also you definitely should not be using guided machines, or machines in general with a shoulder injury, you need to let your body follow a natural path so probably stick to pushups for now.

I will have to try what you mentioned. Pushups seem to have the same problem unfortunately.

It's almost like a "pop".. I'm kinda okay and then it feels as though something "pops" out of place. It's a sharp, ripping pain. Maybe I will see an orthopedic like the other guy said.

          Have you tried heavy dips?

I do a shit ton of dips which don't seem to agitate the issue very much. I don't add any weight though, no. I may try this.

          dont do these

Go to the doctor, get some light exercise bands and work on scapular muscles, avoid doing any sort of machine or fixed chest machine exercises, just do pushups, GO TO THE DOCTOR IF YOU DON'T IMPROVE

Pushups same issue but I'll try to find a way to do them. Will do on the doctor

I'm confused as to how dips are okay when you say you get massive pain during chest exercises. Where exactly is the pain?

It's strictly in the front of my shoulders.

It's still quite respectable for someone who can't do chest exercises properly. I would also like to know, remembering that like knees shoulder injuries can heal really slowly and continue to improve for years. I suggest you try creative ways to grow your chest such as flexing the muscles (in theory it should be able to grow them), also I have often wondered if pushing something with the chest or resisting force against it or something like that should grow them. After all that's a main function of having a big chest you would think, so why wouldn't they grow by training it like that.

Weighted dips. Don't go too deep, just a little bit past parallel. Focus on adding weight every week or two.

Dips seem to give me almost no pump in my chest, which is no surprise considering it seems I have no idea how to use it. Do I need to lean forward more or something?

picture doesn't show your pec falling behind. It shows a lot of things about the same in early stages.
