Fucking done with allergies

I need your help fit, I'm fricking done with these allergies and sneezing. You guys are the only people I know schizo enough to believe in a cure and lucid enough to not give me weird voodoo shit.

HOW can I straight up CURE an allergy, or naturally acclimate my body somehow. I don't want to medicate myself with allergy meds. I've heard of using raw local honey and I'm planning on grabbing some. Is there anything else?

Do you know what you're allergic to specifically?

Currently it's pollen that is causing this issue I think, dust might be another one. It's currently warm and blooming where I am.
There are some parallel issues as well since have consistently had sneezing and tons of mucus in my nose in cool or wet weather as well. Even when in an office building and not sick at all. I do have asthma which can cause mucus in the lungs but it's a very light case, never have had any issues with it really.

Fluticasone spray, Use the 24 hour dose every day for a week or two then you can taper off depending on the severity of your sniffles. I too was plagued with sneezing and shit all my life.

The allergic rhinitis meta currently is Dymista

I'm pretty wary of any amount of chronically medicating myself. I'll keep it in mind though.

Like I said, taper off once you notice your symptoms wane. I only use it as needed now, for me it was worth it just to not have to blow my nose every five minutes.

Strengthen your immune system, either eat healthier or identify things in your diet which could inflame your allergic response, drink more water, and possibly fix your sleep posture to keep sinuses clear.

I bought a jar of local bee pollen, ate a single pellet, titrated up to one tablespoon per day and continued until the jar was empty. I started eating 1-2 months before pollen season and my symptoms were less severe. will try to titrate more aggressively next season

funny enough I have noticed an effect on my zinc input/output and effects like that. When I jack off I sometimes almost feel like a bunch of symptoms come on.

    ok, following:
honey doesnt work. neither does pollen. or eating anything else. the morons shilling it just repeat their alternative talking points cus this is the chinz. get working medication, do allergen immunotherapy. i've seen some ridiculously good results for strong responders. yes, a doctor does it and it costs money. if it works your allergies are gone in 3 years. i am now ready to be called a israelite

What allergies did you manage to fix? I have a pollen and dust mite allergy and I've never managed to find any treatment that helped.

Heard raw milk helps too. I've tried it for a few weeks then stopped, but I'll do it again soon.

There is no cure. You can get treatments that work like vaccines to produce a different response but there's no guarantee it'll work or be cheap.

Best I've found is the kenalog injection, it's essentially a steroid injection stored in a muscle that releases over a few months, it works great but only lasts 2 months max for me, have a look to see what it's called in your country but likely it will be expensive (£150 per dose here).
