Fricking help I've been gaining weight for 4 months because I binge non stop. I'm not even hungry. I eat pizza and cookies and shit like a junkie needs cocaine. I have fruit and vegetables but it's not what I need. I need the cheap dopamine. I wish I was rich so I could replace my addiction with cocaine or something. What can I even do to get out of this? I've gained 23 pounds in 4 months. I feel so horrible and I can't breathe properly anymore during sleep. I feel like I'm drowning in my own fat.

How can I stop the craving? It's not a willpower thing anymore. It's kind of like alcoholism or hardcore drugs addiction. I literally contemplate suicide if I eat pizza and a few hours later I eat it anyway. I've lost control.

The mental shit you go through when you used to be desirable to a fat frick is hard to describe. Knowing that you're hurting yourself while you shove your face full of pizza, Chinese food, and liquor is a terrible feeling. I only got better when I decided I have to treat it like an addiction. Alright, So from the infromation you've provided, I can derive the following:
You Have Big Time "Fat Brain". What that means is that you want to eat, just because. Not out of hunger or anything. Trust me, I'm the same way but a million times worse. I have beaten it though, and went from 215 lbs a year ago to 160 today.
You are also taking a hormone-altering drug (finasteride)
First things first, stop the finasteride. Who looks better, David Goggins or Boogie? That's what I thought.
Second, I'm gonna guess you're not a fan of counting calories, and Fat Brain only stops when you're so full it hurts (I've been there so many times, I get it, man). So here's what I suggest.
>Watermelon.
Strawberries.
>Those microwave steamed Vegetable bags (Season the FRICK out of them).
>Chicken Noodle Soup
>Pasta Sauce without the pasta (Cook and season it obviously)
>Eat 1 or 2 meals a day at most.
High volume. You're just trying to go down to like 90 something kg, You can eat yourself into pain twice a day, and drop the weight.
Also if you lift, keep going. If you don't, start. Start going on walks. Don't "reward" yourself for working out with food either. Bad Idea. Been there, done that.
If it makes you more assured, you can count calories. 2 of the GIANT watermelons at Walmart or stores like it is 2500 calories, which is lower than your current food intake by A LOT. Trust me, those will put you in pain if you try to eat them both in one go. I've tried, and I used to eat 20" pizzas in one sitting, by myself. (I was always active with a high TDEE, just ate like an elephant)

Replace every cookie and cake with fruit (nature’s candy). This is what my nutritionist did with me and it helped a lot (instead of cutting out sugar entirely).

I ate a low cal salad for lunch and I had made a low fat garlic hummus for dinner, but I discovered pieces of plastic from the blender got into the food, so that was the push to justify eating junk. i have heard stories that some people respond badly to those chemicals and it affects their androgens. try getting blood tests to see how your testosterone is doing, low testosterone can cause weight gain and cravings like a woman essentially.
you could try stopping those chemicals, or you could take other chemicals that increase your androgens. there was a study that showed that taking viagra every day nearly doubled test. theres studies that show efficacy of things like white meusli, cordyceps, cholesterol, liver, ginseng, ashwaganda, ginger, fenugreek, cold shock proteins, heat shock proteins, cardio, probiotics, and so on.

The thing that controls Satiety (feeling full from food) is primarily volume in your stomach. If you have a fast metabolism from being a fatty fat, which you do, then all the carbs, fats, and proteins you are eating are dissolving in your stomach, meaning there is no volume in your stomach.
fibre on the other hand, cannot be dissolved by your stomach acid, so it retains its volume and you feel full.
start putting psyllium husk (metamucil), chia seeds, flax seeds, in water and chug that. eat oats. and before you snack or have a meal, force your self to FIRST eat something like a big piece of celery or a big carrot or some fruit. by front loading with fibre, you will feel full as you are eating your meal.
in addition, when you fast, your body's cells are deprived of glucose, and increase their uptake of sodium, magnesium, and potassium, so you gotta start supplementing those as well to help with your food cravings.
if all that doesn't work, try taking magic mushrooms to treat your drug addiction.
low calorie shit will often be low in useful nutrients like cholesterol, if you are abig person who works out alot you need cholesterol, don't frick around with food that is "low cal" and instead just do what i said with fibre and other wise portion control.
if you are having trouble portion controlling and need to eat, eat something with fibre. even if you need chips, get some chips that have fibre in them.
its ok to substitute grains and carbohydrates for a lower calorie option like cauliflower rice or konjac, but you should not substitute healthy fats and things like that, or substitute biodiverse meals, for the sake of staying "low cal"
Thanks for your tips. I know all of it, it's common sense, but when my primal instincts take over my brain stops working. I'll focus on eating oats and flaxseed for breakfast because I keep trying to fast to make up for yesterday, but by lunch time I get hungry and by dinner I get mad cravings, like it's not hunger but an addiction kind of thing. Starting the day right and then chugging on carrots and leafs might be better for me.
I want to be healthy. At a certain weight, like past 30% body fat, it gets harder to breathe during sleep because your neck fat is literally choking you. I feel like my lungs can't properly expand when I'm sitting to drive or work.
Regarding work I'm pretty successful already. I'm gonna divorce soon because I realized the truth about women. I'm kind of into guys but I'm not ready to live as a gay man, but maybe one day if I'm slim and fit, but it's not something that motivates me.

I'll count calories religiously. Makes it harder to stick my head in the sand and eat. I've eaten 300 cal of oatmeal, flaxseed and blueberries for breakfast. For lunch I'll eat carrots and oranges. Dinner will be a big salad with beans and some grilled meat. Just 16 hours left in this day. I just need one single day right now without falling off the wagon to feel in control again.
If I ever will hit a healthy bmi I'll get it removed everywhere. I don't expect to get loose skin soon.

I also eat carbs like a moron when I'm stressed. It's not hunger, it's anxiety. Do some introspection, identify what stressing you (work, family, the place where you live, gf...) and get rid of it. Anything that compromises your mental health is not worth.
I'm looking for a new place to rent which is nigh impossible in the current market. Once I have it I'm divorcing the biggest mistake of my life. It does feel like it could be anxiety. I try to eat myself into a food high to escape.
