Gallbladder Pain?

Anyone else get terrible pain originating from pic related after they eat a meal? My dumbass started eating heavy and now everytime I eat I get a sharp knife pain in my right abdomen just under my ribcage. Am I one of those buttholes that will need to remove their gallbladder?

Go to the doctor before you have a gall bladder seizure and have to call an ambulance. Also there are specific diets for gall bladder: from memory it's about lowering saturated fat

What you are going through is almost identical to what my lardass friend went through 10 years ago.
And he ended up having his gallbladder removed.
    So yeah.
    Sucks to be you.

        Honestly not that much.
You're supposed to avoid fatty foods afterwards, but my friend is still a lardass.

it started happening after eating super faty food but then ramped up to the point of happening randomly every day and night.Studying for finals was impossible I had to take pillows with me to the bathroom because shitting made me go to the edge of fainting and i didnt want to bust my head on the floor. After finally seeing a doc the surgery was a breeze i have 4 tiny scars and only one is noticable. Surgeon told me my bladder was completely shriveld up and had odd coloration

Same thing happened with my Mum. Ignored the pain until it turned septic and that sucker was a b***h to have surgically removed.

I thought I had gallbladder issues for a while. But it was just sore and irritated muscles that surround and move the rib cage. So you might just have that.

I had this problem before, I would eat some food with fat then shit it out right after, I even tried ox bile/tudca to help digestion but none of that shit worked. Also my gallbladder was really sore and I felt like shit. What caused this for me was hypothyroidism, after the 5th day of thyroid meds my gallbladder stopped being sore and I could digest fat once again. Some other things that can cause gallbladder issues can be gallbladder cancer ofcourse and liver issues so go get your shit checked out.

Just had my gallbladder removed a couple weeks ago. Sounds similar to what I was going through. Those gallbladder attacks are fricking painful.
Schedule an ultrasound and get it looked at to confirm it, and make sure there's not another explanation.
You'll be able to prevent attacks to some extent with a low-fat diet and avoiding large meals. Leading up to my surgery I was only eating 200-300 calories at a time, focusing on high fiber and low fat. I still got mild pains, but nothing like those god awful attacks.
It's a really common procedure, really safe, they do it laparoscopically and the recovery time is only two weeks. If there's stones you want it out sooner rather than later to avoid getting stones trapped in the bile duct or cystic duct.
