Have any of you tried garlic and vitamin C as a preworkout?
I think it's pretty good as a few sets of push up have given me a good pump, but I never used other compounds outside of coffee so don't know how it compares
It gave you a good pump because garlic improves blood flow, not because it's a stimulant. Salt and honey or plain honey is a good pre workout, but eat garlic for the insane pumps. But just so you know, you build a tolerance after a while

Anyway honey is based but I put it in my shake with raw eggs, heard somewhere that it helps with micronutrient absorbtion.

Zone 2 cardio is plenty effective if over a long enough time and that is as low as 140. Throw in lifting and you very well could hit that.
