        Ik ben te skeer voor skyr. Magere Franse kwark is een stuk goedkoper maar wel ietsjes minder eiwit, zo'n 9g per 100g kwark. Per bak van 1kg ongeveer eu1,40-1,50 afhankelijk van supermarkt.

          Dat is veel voordeliger als je kijkt naar eiwit/eur, maar het is wel onhandig want dan moet je meer dan een halve bak eten per keer om 50+g eiwitten te hebben. Ik ben wel echt zo autistisch dat ik tijdens de lunch daaraan wil komen.

              iedereen zegt dit tegen mij maar boeit me niet. koolhydraten en vetten maken niks uit zolang je een minimum van beide hebt, rest kun je net zo goed met eiwitten aanvullen.

              Ik heb dit al veel gehoord. Maar hoe waar is dit eigenlijk? Als je een biefstuk eet zal het toch veel langer duren om to verteren dan een eiwitt shake. Daardoor zal de opname ook veel meer gespreid zijn.

                Er zijn meerdere internationale wetenschappelijke sportonderzoeken die dit staven. Er wordt redelijk wat onderzocht wat sport en voeding betreft. Dit soort onderzoeken worden vaak ondergesneeuwd op internet door het gespam van whey fabrikanten die juist baat hebben dat je meer dan normaal nuttigt zodat je weer sneller koopt. Als je even googlet kom je al aardig wat wetenschappelijk onderbouwde artikelen hierover tegen. Kijk ook altijd naar de financiers van dit soort onderzoeken.

    I get the 1kg full fat tubs from Aldi. I don't think they surpassed 2€ yet.

    Weird thing is, it's made from fat free milk and then they add the cream back in.

        i always add fruit to it, i get frozen bags of random berries and thaw them in the microwave for a couple of seconds, skyr with blueberries is fricking juicy and berries are low in calories and high in fiber to make you shit every day

    Its easy to make your own quark. You can buy bacteria for like 10 euros and a dripping bag for a couple of euros. The 10 euro bacteria can make you 40 liters of quark.
