>get into lifting because of IST
>getting into shape, start getting bigger, better performance in the bed
>after about 6-9 months I start notice myself not growing hair back after a hair cut
>at this point it's clearly obvious I'm balding
>my girlfriend leaves me, coworkers laughing at me for being bald at 23, self esteem fricking plumets
Frick all of you, this shit is a fricking trap, unless you take illegal drugs and have unlimited food to eat this shit will destroy your life, guaranteed, you'll go bald or worse get irreversibly injured
Now I have to live with this curse, I'm trying to wear a hat wherever I go but eventually I have to take it off, then everybody stares and often times laughs at me
>I started working out and I lost hair
hey op, have you maybe considered that working out and losing hair aren’t related?
maybe you just have bad genes and you would’ve lost your hair regardless, I know that’s hard for a dimwit to understand
>t.24 been working out for 2 years straight and haven’t lost the slightest bit of hair
Nothing else about my life changed. My genetics are great, I'm tall and handsome but now I'm ruined.I'm basically 2/10 because of htis. No woman would accept this.
Frick people like you trying to pull people into this trap.
Nothing about your life has to change to cause hair loss, it just happens. Very common among men, correlation is not causation.
You don't get it. I lifted hard. It was an intense toll on my body. This caused my body to start moving nutrients to my muscles instead of my hair. Now I'm fricking bald.
Just eat more nutrients then
It's imposisble to sustain a good heavy diet for weightlifting without being upper middle class. I couldn't support myself and my GF PLUS eating double what I suually would with our income. We had to cut corners so much anyway and it was stressing our relationship.
Me. Mobody else in my family bald and I lift and start getting bald. Not rocket science. Frick
Your logic is tautological, “I went bald because my muscles pulled nutrients from my hair, the proof that my muscles pulled nutrients from my hair is that I’m bald”
Well what else is there. IM COPING that's what this website says so much COPING well I'm doing it right now MY LIFE IS RUINED SO IM COPING.
Instead of being a moron how about you try using minoxidil and or finasteride.
You don’t just “go bald” over night, if you’re completely bald now, that means you failed to intervene in a timely manner, which is on you.
At least you’re bald and in good shape instead of bald and skinnyfat or whatever you looked like before.
Well I'm not bald just balding, my front hair is half gone and it's ugly. I'll look into what you posted. I'm just hopeless. 50 year old have better hair.
All you ever had to do was consult Google, these are well known compounds, they’re not underground. Start saving for a hair transplant too.
Post top of head
Are you kidding me it would get 100 replies calling me a fricking worthless piece of shit and I'll feel destroyed
>giving a shit about what the “people” on this website have to say about you
that’s indicative of a bigger problem here op
this right there is the reason your gf left you, homosexual
this stop being an annoying homosexual I know it's hard but you just have to stop baldie
If anything, the baldness causation according to your fact pattern sequence should more likely be that the weight lifting programme and the double nutrition intake required, plus you socio-economic and girlfriend situation, caused you excess stress which can accelerate and lead to baldness and hair loss.
What evidence do you have to support this theory.
"DHT is thought to cause hair follicles to miniaturize, and this contributes to male pattern hair loss. By the age of 50 years, over half of the men in the U.S. will probably experience hair loss mediated by DHT."
I lifted hard at 16 and my hair didn't change at all.
>I-it’s all because of lifting, t-trust me b-bro
>Nothing else about my life changed
You got older, moron
Just take that finasteride thing and STFU
>he didn't use the bullying to make more gains
weak.
Also this thread damn near always has a hair related thread.
I actually regained hair after lifting and better nutrition. It reduced stress and increased happiness and my crown regrew the hair. You might be super stressed but it could also just be mpb
I am such a massive homosexual.
I'm bald and I'm proud
calm ur manbreasts, dawg. For every problem, there is a solution. If your balding is truly androgenic in nature (find out first, dickhead), then slowly start with finasteride 1mg and ru58841 nightly, after 6 months if you want more results, add in minoxidil and microneedling. it’s that fricking simple. if u want further results, you can increase fin dosage or switch to Dut, but start with fin first to see how much rebound u can get from it. good luck bozo.
I bet you
>took steroids
>drank caffeine
>increased your cholesterol
>all of the above
>took steroids after 6-9 months of lifting
lol
Also all of those things can increase your chances of going bald but only if you’re genetically predisposed to balding, i.e you would go bald eventually anyways
There’s even roiders who still have full heads of hair despite never taking finesteride or anything like that
>There’s even roiders who still have full heads of hair
Name one
80 and his hair has barley receded from where it was in the seventies when he was roided out of his mind and won the Olympia
he’s not the only example either, jay cutler, Arnold , and Lou Ferrigno all maintain a full head of hair into their old age
Zane was natty tho
It's naaahhht a hair transplant!
it's because you jerk off you idiot. Stop jerking off, drink bone broth for collagen, microneedle your scalp with one of those spike roller brushes, and massage your scalp. Your hair will come back.
finasteride, dusteride, oral minoxidil, microneedling with a dermapen
>inb4 muh sides
Sides are mostly nocebo. Besides, without hair you don‘t even need a dick anymore.
OP is a brainlet who can't tell the difference between coincidence and causality.
>get fit
>get bald
should have just sat around stuffing your face with pies
Start drinking lavender and applying it on your baldness.
>start lifting at 21
>after a year of lifting be 22
>weird, but continue
>3 more years later I am 25
Frick all of you, this shit is fricking trap.
Feels like a troll post
Most moronic thread on the board right now
>moron doesnt realize this probably wouldve happened max like 3 years down the road if natty lifting caused him to bald
You're not eating right. Hair follicles are a very sensitive organ with very specific energy demands. If you can't meet them, your body directs its attention to other places that have a higher priority. Like building muscle / recovering from intense physical stress. Never mind the it's muh genetics cope
I mean, don't get me wrong, bad genetics can be a contributing factor but not the cause
Your balding was inevitable, lifting didn't do shit.
