Yes and no. If you have a good amount of muscle, some fat actually looks really good. If you don't have a lot of muscle, fat looks horrible.
Personally I have a lot of muscle but I try to stay fairly lean because I tend to get a very round face. As little as five pounds makes a huge difference in my cheekbones, jawline, etc. If my face looks good, then that makes me look 10x more attractive
Yes, facial attractiveness is the most important thing after height. The leaner you are = more defined jawline, chin and cheekbones which are the most important features for male attractiveness
