      I got the vaccine in late November. I've had my fitbit since 2020 and this never happened before late December
      I also had to get it for my job because they're forcing everyone back into the office.

    It wont pass, your heart will periodically knock itself out of rthythm due to deformities from fighting the spike protein. Your heart doesnt learn well. If your notice your heart racing for no normal reason write down your symtoms (important) then google a-fib and compare the results. If you already have looked up heart symptoms you are generally fricked because you have now bias'd yourself. You'll start looking for those symptoms.

    No you should go do HIIT and test your maximum heart rate, 20s close to max effort running, 10s rest, repeat.
    It's safe and effective.
