I can guarantee you haven't tried enough different options
>heavy singles
>3 reps
>5 reps
>12 reps
>Very heavy eccentrics
>Antagonistic muscle training
>Accessory lifts
>Supersets
>eating 4k+ cals a day
Should you hop on gear?
Only if you don't have the balls to do all of the above.
Pic is natty 405 bencher
Isn't he like 160cm
166 to be precise but who cares
Short > better leverages > can move more weight
But he is smaller in general
Stop coping
>t 182 cm benching 170 kg natty
Hmm i guess I'm need to eat more.
t. 195cm 81kg
>81 kg at 195 cm
You gotta pump those numbers up anon
Those are dyel numbers anon

If you want to bench more, you definitely do.
Being a manlet generally gives an advantage to aesthetics but not strength
ROM advantage, but honestly who cares, even if his rom was 1 cm, no one here can move 405 for even 1 cm.
rom doesn't matters much when even roided to gills your body carries 90kg at best
what does it matter? If you're taller you should, theoretically, have a greater max potential. Get to work.
>Implying i don't work
Lol you can't say anything anymore without being accused of being a lazy homosexual?
ive done all of these except for eating 4000 calories a day because i dont need that many to gain weight.
i am very consistent
>ive done all of these except for eating 4000 calories a day because i dont need that many to gain weight.
Hahahah, well there you have your answer. Either start gaining weight, or stall on your bench. Every natural has to gain weight in order to break through plateaus.
>nooo but my precious abs nooo
>when I lose my twinkmaxxed abs girls will no longer be attracted to me :’(
yeah, i did.
i gained 40lbs last year trying to break my plateau.
How much do you weigh now?
Could also be a form problem
265lbs
fat frick cant bench bodyweight LOL WTF
yeah, so why shouldnt i just start doing gear
Based on this thread you shouldn't jump on gear because your mindset is all wrong. You're all excuses mate. All you've done this whole thread is give excuses.
I'm 215lbs, natural and bench 150kg (330lbs) 3x10 twice a week as my regular working sets. That's not including warm up sets.
You are absolutely not at your natural limit.
Here's what you do:
1. Increase your OHP.
2. Choose a weight you can do 3x8 bench with. The third set should be an absolute struggle. Using that weight, get to 3x10. If you can do 3x8 of x amount of weight, you can definitely do 1x9 followed by 2x8 the following week. Then the week after that do 1x10 followed by 2x8. Then 1x10, 1x9, 1x8.. See where this is going?
Eventually you'll get to 3x10. When you get to 3x10. Add 10lbs to each side and do the same again.
It's much easier to increase the amount you can rep than to increase your 1 rep max, but in doing so you naturally also increase your 1 rep max.
>I'm 215lbs, natural and and bench 150kg (330lbs) 3x10
You're a liar, roidtroony. SARMs arent natty either.
Post body
You will never be a real man.
Bro wtf
That's 100% a form problem lol
my form is good
At 265lbs you should at LEAST be able to hit 315 bench. For real, get someone that benches more than you to coach you. That's all you need.
>At 265lbs you should at LEAST be able to hit 315 bench.
i know. i cant though, thats what i need gear for
their natural limit is higher than mine
i do pushups and chin ups
this is the black gyno anon isnt it. you type just like him
lmao if you think your "natural limit" at 265lbs is 250lbs you're an actual idiot. even someone 100lbs+ less than you would be able to bench more than 250lbs
learn how to train, learn how to sleep, or learn how to eat
t. 380lb bencher
Unless you’re tall as frick you need to go on a cut to lose some fat and incorporate some bodyweight exercises to at least be able to life your weight. Start incorporating dips and do dumbell bench as well.
LOL
AHAHAHAHAHAHA
How often do you puke after a workout? You're not trying hard enough.
this thread again? give it a rest buddy
herbs and spice
Because you simply don't know how to train right and you're also undisciplined when it comes to being consistent with a diet that helps you achieve your goals. You are undisciplined and also dumb, which in fact makes you a perfect candidate to roid
Why would you ruin your body to inrease some numbers nobody cares about
Unless you are competeing at highest level or you are aspiring to become mr olympia, stay away from gear because you will be extremly sad in the long run
Go look at the /fraud/ threads for all the evidence you need
>ive hit my natty limit. so why shouldnt i hop on gear
Why do you need to surpass your natty limit? Why do you need to bench over 250lbs? If you are frustrated at no longer being able to progress, why don't you begin progressing in some other area of fitness you can improve?
Why don't you improve your 5k PR?
Why don't you improve your flexibility?
Why don't you become a faster sprinter?
Why don't you try to improve your dumbbell bench?
>Why don't you improve your 5k PR?
>Why don't you improve your flexibility?
>Why don't you become a faster sprinter?
don't really care about these.
Can you explain why you care about a bigger bench number but you don't care about other aspects of physical fitness?
If you can't answer why you want BIGGER NUMBER for your bench then you should think about how to answer that before you start thinking about gear.
Because otherwise you will take gear, your bench will increase, and then you will stall again, and you will be in exactly the same place as you are right now.
because i want to be stronger.
even when i stall again at least it wont be at a itty bitty tiny measly 250lbs
You need to realize everyone has two potentials; natty and roided. You haven’t reached near your natural potential yet unless maybe you are 5’4” and a fat frick. If you take gear now you will get stronger but it will have diminishing results.
Don’t do gear, but if you really want to then reach your natural potential first.
but i have reached my natty potential already.
Ok you are either baiting us or are a huge homosexual. You cant even bench your own body weight, can you even do 10 good form solid push-ups or dips? I’m willing to bet your other lifts aren’t up to par as well.
Look, most of us have gone overboard on bulks while trying to put on muscle and gain strength and most of us hit plateaus. Push through it.
>I’m willing to bet your other lifts aren’t up to par as well.
they aren't. they are bad too and won't improve. that's why i need gear, because my natural limit is so low
Holy shit just lift. I went from skinny fat, to skinny, to strongfat, then to lean and am maintaining. I hit a plateau of some sort every single time. Do heavy dumbbell rows, do dumbell incline bench, use some machines if they have them but don’t tell people you’ve reached your potential when you can’t lift your body weight.
i can't lift my bodyweight and i can't get stronger. ive been trying for the better part of 2 years to get stronger but i cant. nothing works. im at MY limit. other people have their limits but i have mine and this seems to be it
Cut, lose fat, then do a proper bulk.
so just do the same thing i already did and end up in the same spot i am now, 2 years from now
>because i want to be stronger
It will never be enough. You will always want to be stronger. It would be better for your physical, psychological and emotional health if you accepted this and focuses on other aspects of strength and fitness that you can improve.
You could try cutting bodyweight but maintaining your current bench press record. You would be stronger in relative terms if you could lift the same weight whilst reducing your bodyweight.
i dont want to be weak forever. nothing is working
yeah i know about double progression. i used it last year for some time and wasnt improving. im at my limit, i cant get stronger.
i am 6'1/187cm.
i have passed out after workouts. vomiting often isnt good though. and i dont work out on a full stomach either.
i can do about 15 pushups.
>i can do about 15 pushups
Pathetic
yes
Height/weight?
I'm 5'10" 200lb pushing 375 without gear. Work harder homosexual.
yeah this is definitely the black gyno anon
250 bench is nowhere near the natty limit.
>Not doing gear because I just don't know where to source it from.
>250 bench is nowhere near the natty limit
its MY natty limit. most people will never bench 4 plates, lot of people wont bench 3pl8. just like there are some elite people who will bench a lot more than 4pl8 it only stands to reason that there are people with a really low potential who will never break even 2.5pl8
My brother in Christ you can't do PUSHUPS. You are not near any kind of peak, you are fat and lazy and looking for an easy way out. Stop being obese. Get on a program. Train consistently. There is no chest code.
i can do pushups, only 15 which is pathetic but i can do them. i train consistently, and have a program. i go to the gym 5am before work. the only time i have ever skipped a day was in September 2019 when i cut my finger open. i have always been weak and now i can no longer get stronger. ive tried so many things, even gaining 40lbs between 2020 and now couldnt make me stronger so thats it.
i wasnt going to make it regardless.
how old are you
i turn 25 in 2 months
hmmmm yeah i guess its too late for you
that's what the gear is for
im just going to order the gear. nobody's given a good reason not to. tired of being weak
Buying gear won't make you strong, just emotionally weak as well as physically weak, in addition to fricking up your hormones and your heart.
You could take all the drugs in the world and you still wouldn't make it.
go through the archives and look for reddit randy he is the reason to not roid xdvk8
Lift harder b***h.
I don't know how. I lift consistently to failure
