Based on this thread you shouldn't jump on gear because your mindset is all wrong. You're all excuses mate. All you've done this whole thread is give excuses.

I'm 215lbs, natural and bench 150kg (330lbs) 3x10 twice a week as my regular working sets. That's not including warm up sets.

You are absolutely not at your natural limit.

                Here's what you do:

                1. Increase your OHP.

                2. Choose a weight you can do 3x8 bench with. The third set should be an absolute struggle. Using that weight, get to 3x10. If you can do 3x8 of x amount of weight, you can definitely do 1x9 followed by 2x8 the following week. Then the week after that do 1x10 followed by 2x8. Then 1x10, 1x9, 1x8.. See where this is going?

Eventually you'll get to 3x10. When you get to 3x10. Add 10lbs to each side and do the same again.

It's much easier to increase the amount you can rep than to increase your 1 rep max, but in doing so you naturally also increase your 1 rep max.

Why do you need to surpass your natty limit? Why do you need to bench over 250lbs? If you are frustrated at no longer being able to progress, why don't you begin progressing in some other area of fitness you can improve?
Why don't you improve your 5k PR?
Why don't you improve your flexibility?
Why don't you become a faster sprinter?
Why don't you try to improve your dumbbell bench?

Can you explain why you care about a bigger bench number but you don't care about other aspects of physical fitness?
If you can't answer why you want BIGGER NUMBER for your bench then you should think about how to answer that before you start thinking about gear.
Because otherwise you will take gear, your bench will increase, and then you will stall again, and you will be in exactly the same place as you are right now.

You need to realize everyone has two potentials; natty and roided. You haven’t reached near your natural potential yet unless maybe you are 5’4” and a fat frick. If you take gear now you will get stronger but it will have diminishing results.

Don’t do gear, but if you really want to then reach your natural potential first.

Look, most of us have gone overboard on bulks while trying to put on muscle and gain strength and most of us hit plateaus. Push through it.

Holy shit just lift. I went from skinny fat, to skinny, to strongfat, then to lean and am maintaining. I hit a plateau of some sort every single time. Do heavy dumbbell rows, do dumbell incline bench, use some machines if they have them but don’t tell people you’ve reached your potential when you can’t lift your body weight.

It will never be enough. You will always want to be stronger. It would be better for your physical, psychological and emotional health if you accepted this and focuses on other aspects of strength and fitness that you can improve.
You could try cutting bodyweight but maintaining your current bench press record. You would be stronger in relative terms if you could lift the same weight whilst reducing your bodyweight.

i can do pushups, only 15 which is pathetic but i can do them. i train consistently, and have a program. i go to the gym 5am before work. the only time i have ever skipped a day was in September 2019 when i cut my finger open. i have always been weak and now i can no longer get stronger. ive tried so many things, even gaining 40lbs between 2020 and now couldnt make me stronger so thats it.
