Give me a beginner routine!

Give me a beginner routine! I hate these damn workout websites with bigilion exercises, eating habits, whey advertisments and shit. Yeah I could spend time scrolling the fricking sites for two to four hours picking things on uneducated guesses but I fricking loose the motivation I have now. I don't want to spend hours researching another new interest, give something to do now.

    Cool pic OP. Just look it up on youtube and follow any routine. Takes at most 30 minutes and anything is better then nothing. Check sticky or bodybuilder forms. Just take the time yourself and it will be more meaningful.

        did you even read any of it? its in part 4. it has routines listed right there
        dont skim the rest of it, lifting weights is useless unless you also have a good diet going

    Why do people complicate exercise?
    It's a huge fricking sandbox and you're asking for moron proof recipes.
    Just use the machines and weights. Or go outside. Holy shit. Use the muscles you want to make bigger and do the things you want to get better at.
    Fricking bodybuilding and lifting is moronation beyond belief. there is no magic recipe, you just DO STUFF.

    Punch yourself in the balls until you can focus for 5 minutes and research this topic.

    I had incredible success with my program:

    Monday:
    Tuesday: REST
    Wednesday:
    Thursday: REST
    Friday:

    however even if not many exercises its easy to remember and will build large amount of muscles very quickly. I am thinking about starting running on rest days

    pick one, google it. no it doesnt matter which one you pick. ignore everything else in this thread and just start lifting consistently with one of these

    either start with stronglifts 5x5 if you want to start by getting strong on basic compounds first without anything else to make it complicated.
    or start on a bro split with lots of isolation and cables and supersets if you want to get a pump every time you go to the gym.
    you're a beginner, there is no point in optimizing it yet, most important is to pick something that is fun for you to keep you motivated. so depending on if that is strength or biceps pump, either stronglifts or some bro split

    >Weighted sit ups/crunches or just crunches at an angle, 2x12-20
    >Squat 5x5
    >DB row to the hip
    >DB/BB bench press / Dips on the 3x8 range
    >Leg press 2x20
    >Bicep Curl 3x8

    DAY B
    >Warm up consist of dumbbell/kettlebell deadlift partials or whatever fires the hip drive for you, 2x12
    >Weighted sit ups/crunches or just crunches at an angle, 2x12-20
    >Straight arm pulldown 2x20 (will come handy for deadlifts)
    >Face Pulls 2x15-20 (will come handy for deadlifts)
    >Deadlift, 3x5 or 8-5-3, when you plateau, 5-3-1.
    >Shoulder DB press 3x15
    >2x8 heavy DB row to the chest, like the kroc row or similar motion
    >Shoulder DB lateral fly 4x15-20
    >lightweight something for rear delts, your choice.

    ABxAB or whatever scheme works for you, every week either up the weight or the reps.

    There's a fricking sticky.

    But SS is unfairly maligned because most of /fit would rather bromax to attract other guys than actually get strong. And because Rippetoe is such an abrasive butthole that he makes it hard for people to take him seriously about the things he knows something about when he's so full of shit about almost everything else and won't shut the frick up about it.
