I've researched stronglifts and most information says it lacks upper body and it isn't that good

It doesnt, you just got memed and got scared because you saw squats everyday, but literally every other exercise in the routine targets upper body
Also you could simply add some pullups but youre too lazy to think for yourself.

It's fine if you throw in extra arm stuff in the programme inc bicep curls. As a noob you will def make gains

I recommend the reddit beginner barbell program, since you're reddit anyways.

      Isn't SL trash for aesthetics?

3x a week full body sucks even for beginners. Just do bodybuilding routines. If you can't find one just do whatever the frick some bodybuilder in YouTube does. Search for like "mountain dog chest workout"

Aren't there full body routines good for bodybuilding?

generally, most programs that aren't scams will serve you in the beginning. your noob gains will be enough, and once you're more experienced, you can start picking by preferences, and tweaking existing programs. as long as a program incorporates compound lifts, it should suit you fine.

Just shut the frick up and do a routine in the sticky. Stop overanalyzing your noob routine like you're some kind of elite athlete that needs the absolutely most optimal routine. You're a fat loser incapable of even maintaining your own fitness. So just shut the frick up and start lifting you useless moron

From The Poliquin Principles. Use a weight that gets you near or to failure on your last sets. By how long it says the program is, it doesn't mean you're done with it, it just loops.
