You can’t digest it, but your microbe bros in your gut can. Gotta feed your micro biome, it keeps you healthy, happy, and gives you vitamins like vitamin k

Only soluble fiber can be used by your gut bacteria. The short chain fatty acids that are produced from fiber are also found in dairy (especially goat) and are produced in high quantities if you eat keto.
Only a very small amount of vitamin K2 is produced through gut bacteria. Recent studies have shown that most vitamin K2 is produced from conversion of K1 to K2 in various cells after absorption from the intestines.
Also fermented dairy is great for your microbiome, yet has no fiber.

Ah yes, just drink the milk of another species full of estrogen instead of eating like humans are designed to.

you have no clue what these words even mean
                >No large successful population has ever lived on a mostly meat diet
archaic humans have lived on mostly meat for hundreds of thousands of years. humans. the more they were able to hunt larger land animals, the more their brain size increased. agriculture made it possible for populations to grow in size. but with the decrease in meat and increase in grain consumption, brain size actually started to decline, even though people lived in larger and more (socially) complex societies.

Vegans will literally never be right about anything because they already think animal products is wrong so they're just working backwards to try to find fitness reasons for it. It's the exact opposite of science.

How is that relevant? Do you think people who don't drink milk are automatically vegan?

not him, but when people espouse rhetoric like "drink the milk of another species" and "milk is full of estrogen", they're almost always brainwashed vegans.
non-vegan people who don't drink milk give normal reasons like "I don't like it", "I'm lactose intolerant", or whatever.

Nothing against drinking dairy as I am quite the enjoyer myself, especially fermented, it doesn’t detract from fiber having value in a diet. Soluble fiber is present in most sources of fiber, and is beneficial to maintaining a healthy micro biome, so why not include it, especially if you like the foods that have it. On top of that insoluble fiber helps stimulate peristalsis in your intestines helping to promote digestion and bowel movements, helping keep you regular. Though it may not be the only way to a healthy gut, fiber is very accessible to most and an easy way to help support your gut, especially if you are one of unlucky many who can’t drink milk.

I mostly agree with that. It's just that people go too far and claim that not eating fiber is necessarily unhealthy for the gut microbiome and constipation. But there are people who do (much) better on keto (which itself improved gut microbiome, irrespective of fiber), and also people who only found relieve of constipation and gut issues after switching to a zero fiber diet.

Many of those people, who do better without fiber, I find tend to be acceptions rather than rule, though a good amount of people can fall under that category. From my experience most people who increase their fiber intake will see an improvement to their gut health. However for people who suffer from IBD IBS, or crohns it is common to do low or even no fiber diet as their guts don’t respond well to it. However these are pathological systems so they aren’t always the best thing to base assumptions on when comparing to a healthy system. Nevertheless there will always be people with healthy systems that still respond better to lower fiber or things like dairy and other prebiotics to promote gut health. To think a single rule applies to everyone usually shows naivety to a topic and not understanding the many nuances that come from actual application.

Mostly agree again. However, I think that people wrongly assume being healthy as normal/baseline, while being unhealthy (in at least one way) is the rule, not the exception* (you misspelled it). So I wouldn't describe people who suffer from gut issues as having pathological systems. Just like I wouldn't describe people who can't convert beta-carotene into retinal well or can't absorb vitamin B12 well, or have (had) mental issues, or are "bad" at methylation, etc.
