      rest days are reddit incarnate

I do push pull push pull rest, my legs are naturally big so Idgaf, I’ve actually been complimented on them even though I’ve barely trained them, although I do bike and hike.

fits nice into a 5 day work week, weekend off for rest
emphasizes t-shirt/beach muscles at the expense of legs
so you'll look better and still be able to find pants that fit

This works great if you're a manlet, you get thick legs training them once a weel

If you're natty training legs once a week is enough
You'll be wearing pants for 90% of your life anyway and if you stay natty you won't look disproportionate because you won't grow that much anyway

the only people who need thicc legs are those who intend to step on state at some point
for everyone else, legs workouts are almost 100% a waste of time
almost, because they do give you a toight bum, and girls do mire that
so, once a week, squats and RDLs for dem butt gainz
the rest of the time, focus on your pecs, delts, arms, and your back for dat V-shape
that's what's going to get you laid

Lmao imagine lifting to get laid and not for strength. Bet you're a twink.

Push/Pull is a false dichotomy. It doesn’t exist. There is only flex.

Oh, you're a frequency-maxxer. I bet if you switched to 3 days a week, you'd make more gains. Gains are demanded in the gym but made out of the gym hombre. If you spend your time working out properly you don't need to spend souch time working out.

why dedicate an entire day for legs? just incorporate legs into push and pull. squat on push. deadlift on pull. do push pull 4x in a week. there. simple as that

Wtf is this entire thread? Why don't you just do push > pull > legs > rest?

OP clearly just wants to push 3 times a week.
