      fake. meadows routine is great for natties. literally just the basic compounds with an assortment of isos that you can vary for stimulation. the real strength of meadow's stuff is that he always had a grabbag of alternative isolations to keep you going.

    I loved that in his vids he always highlighted exercises that you can do in any gym with minimal equipment. Compare that to Athelean-x that pushes "bench press is killing your gains, DO THIS" shit and shows an exercise on a specific crossover machine that's no normal gym has

    I’m running Gamma Bomb. Week 4 right now. Needs more arms, I’ve been adding arm isos on days 1,2, and 5. Gonna run it to week 6 and the deload week then probably switch to a homemade Arnold Split instead.
    Progressive overload, exercise rotation, etc. are nice but the exercise selection is too special snowflakey and stuff like bands and iso holds over complicate the simplicity of progressive overload
    Ran “Warlock” as a natty and made gains, would recommend that if you’re past 1/2/3/4 and done strengthcelling

    I really, really like John Meadows. In an age of youtube clout gym rat homosexuals he's just a real stand up dude giving it straight. His advice on trap bar exercises changed up my whole routine to massive benefit. Cool dude. Also his kid is a wizard on the yo yo. Very wholesome.
