        hurts my lower back. not immediately but after several hour after im done.

        This is the main issue with the rowing machine for me

        I always use it as a warm-up before I start lifting but my back gets sore/tired really quickly. I've looked at form videos and tried to adjust but never got any good results. I was thinking maybe my core is weak but I don't seem to have any core issues with other exercises.

      Get a weighted pulley machine with a seat and adjustable pulley for max gains if there's ability to add more weights onto it. You can do your back, arms and rowing on it.

    When i bough my rowing machine i used to fuck up the muscles above shoulders and my lower back. I got used to it, no more pain, maybe yall need to stop being bitches and actually do the exercise properly and regularly. The only thing i dont like about rowing is that my baby hands usually get unbareable pain if i row for like an hour, but it has gotten better too, at first my fingers would lock even rowing with low resistance, now i can row on 7/10 resistance and my hands hurt only a bit.

The rowing machine is purely made for fat boomers and 20% bf "builtfat" bros so they can tell themselves that they burned fat, but truly it is just an excuse to keep sitting on your ass while doing cardio. I would even argue that in this sense, on average, the rowing machine has done more total damage to the fitness of the population than it has helped people.

      Rowing is an extremely lazy excuse for cardio, and it doesn't really build muscle either, so really what good is it?
