PUSH >incline dumbell bench 12x4 >machine press 12x4 >pecdeck flies 15x4 >seated dumbell shoulder press 12x4 >lat raises 20x4 >tricep pull downs with rope 12x4 >skullcrushers 12x4 >forearm cable curls 30x4 >leg raises until i hate my hate
PULL: >lat pulldowns 12x4 >machine rope rows 12x4 >hammer curls 12x4 >reverse ez bar curls 12x4 >forearm cable curls 30x4 >shrugs 20x4 >lat raises 20x4 >leg raises until i hate my life
LEGS >idk who cares some leg press n leg curls calf raises spam etc >lat raises 20x4 >forearm cable curls 30x4 >leg raises until i hate my life
At home do some crunches when bored. Do lat raises and forearms everyday since they recover quick and they make u aesthethic.
this is the way for an aesthethic body, exercises not rlly that important just do what u like best make sure to do ur daily lat raises, wrist curls and leg raises else u’ll end up lifting for 2-3 years natty and wonder why u look like shit.
oh yeah add some rear shoulder machine flies either on push day or leave it for leg day if its too much volume for u. program doesnt matter as much as u think, just do good form, hit all ur muscles and eat meat, 12 eggs a day with potato/rice and roasted vegetables. Decrease or increase portion sizes accordingly.

I recently restarted lifting after several years off and I've been doing this routine for two months. My compounds are going up and I really enjoy it.
Is there a better routine I should be doing?
Starting Strength but the zoomers here hate it because it doesn’t make you look like the hot boys on instagram

I did stronglifts when I used to lift and I made good strength gains hitting 1/2/3/4 but I didn't enjoy it all tbh.

Have a look at John Meadows routines like Gamma Ray. Pretty sure that's five day.

I realised I wasn't overloading hard enough. Now that I've unlocked this my numbers are starting to move up very fast.
