        I used to do picrel after my RDLs, but then i could do like 25-30 reps for 3 sets per leg, even if I set the bench up really high.
        RDLs are S tier for hamstrings.
        Unless there is a way to load them picrel does nothing in the long run.

      This will hit the hamstrings, I once tried the hip thrust machine at my gym and it gave me a wild hamstring pump. BW only however would do litetally nothing.

    These are really good when done isometrically (>10s hold) with resistance bands. They’re more of a morning routine exercise than as part of a gym workout though
